I would stay here again! The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, game room had lots for our family to do, close to the beach, lots of outdoor space and plenty of parking. Pamela was quick to help when we needed something. The dock was spacious and easy to get to and we had fun fishing and kayaking.

Even with the devastation from the hurricanes we still really enjoyed our time in Englewood. This cute place was clean and easy to check in. The host was very responsive when I reached out. The place was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/bars. The host had items for us to use such as chairs, wagon and coolers for the beach. We took the bikes out for a ride around as well. We will be back!!

Viktoria and Vadims place was amazing. We were able to rent 2 of there places next to each other and it accomodated our large Group. We had a Group of 14 Adults that were in Florida for work and a little fishing. We were able to fit everybody and cook and relax during our down time. When back in that area we will 100% be reaching out to Viktoria and Vadim to see if there place is available before we look anywhere else.

An outdoor seating area features a large hot tub surrounded by a wooden table set for dining. Multiple chairs are positioned nearby, and large glass panels allow a view of the surrounding greenery. A serene sky adds to the relaxing ambiance.

Nicole‘s place was amazing!! It was peaceful, quiet, clean, just absolutely beautiful. She was very attentive. I don’t have anything but positive things to say about her and her place. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

The Balboa - Modern Luxury Getaway

I'm so glad we found Kyle and Amber's place in North Port. The place was immaculate like the photos, some things were even better in person. Everything was comfy and clean. My kids particularly liked the room with a bunk bed and queen bed and the game room. Hosts were super responsive and answered anything I needed very quickly. The kitchen and eating space is amazing so many seats and so much space. We loved the backyard seating and BBQ. It was lit beautifully with outdoor lights, some comfy furniture, and a table with seats where we ate several meals. The area is quiet, but just 10-20 minutes away are a lot of stores and restaurants. Beaches aren't far off neither and we particularly LOVED Venice beach and finding fossilized shark teeth. They provided us with beach gear as well.

We stayed at Mike's Paradise Home in Rotonda for 3 weeks and wish it could've been even longer. The house was very lovely, well maintained and well stocked inside and out. The large screened in lanai was fantastic and the pool was a bonus. We especially loved having our morning coffee and breakfast out there and watching the gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. This home has got to be one of the first homes we stayed at that I didn't feel the need to wipe anything down or clean before using. It was very clean from top to bottom! The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe. Lots of friendly people when we we were out taking our dog for walks. Would we recommend Mike's place? 1000%!!

Location is private and quiet but close to all of the great things to do in Venice. Agnes is very responsive to any needs and questions. Her place is great. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen was clean and well supplied with everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. We’ve stayed in Venice the last 4 years and this was the best thanks to Agnes and her place!!

Very clean and comfortable, felt like home. We have stayed a lot of houses at different places and none were as well supplied as this house. If you like being on the water and aren’t bringing your on boat, this is for you. Lunch at fisherman’s village on the bay or a day ride to beautiful gulf water with lots of great fishing all around. If I had to pick something that needs attention it would be the dock, but that is petty. All that plus a great pool.

Patricia’s place is truly “paradise” as advertised. It’s in a great, easily accessible. quiet location. The space for guests is private and spacious and the kitchen is well organized with everything one might need. The pool is spectacular both in the daytime and at night. The decor is tasteful, interesting and very welcoming. It was a short stay for me but it was enough to tell me that Patricia’s place is definitely worthy of a return visit. The communication was excellent as was Patricia’s warm welcome. Highly recommended!

Stephanie and her loving family are the nicest, kindest family you could ever ask to stay with. They opened their home to me and were sincere in making my accomodation the best experience I could have asked for. Stephanie has two beautiful children, a lovely home and Anthony, her loving, supporting husband. Had a great stay! I will definitely look them up again upon my next visit to North Port!

Lymarie is a great host and has excellent communication. The beach and pool were perfection and the condo is in great location to both! The shuttle service came in very handy (we used it quite a bit) as the walk is a little long in the FL heat (shuttle doesn’t open until brunch is over so we walked, wear good shoes if walking). The house is cutely decorated and had everything we needed.

A friend recommended Joyce's home and it was certainly worth it!!! The shared space was not an issue; in fact it was fantastic! Joyce gave us the insiders tips on local places to see and things to do. She was available but not "around" all the time. The house was as comfortable, with large spaces to relax in, as if at home, and we felt at home. The sun-drenched Florida Room and her orchids are amazing! And the pool was clean and our pool access was very private. Joyce is a wonderful host and we are already telling other friends about her suggestions for local farmers markets and places to see. The price was very fair and the host was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely go back!!!

We really enjoyed are stay here. Plenty of room for my family of 4. Very well stocked you don't need to take much with you. We loved the boat used it 5 out of the 7 days we were there. The screened in pool was very clean and heated well. There is also a nice gas grill. This place is exactly as discribed and very clean. We can't wait to stay again.

Spacious, easy check in and out. Host easy to get in touch with. Clean! Very nice neighborhood/ community. Safe area. Friendly neighbors. Spacious interior. Washer and drier! We were visiting for a local sporting event. We checked in late afternoon and the host had the ac cranked up so It was a refreshing walking it to a nice cool living room after being in the hot Florida sun all day. Every room had a ceiling fan which is also a must in Florida. The unit was very comfortable. TVs in the bedrooms as well so no need for kids to argue over what to watch. Kitchen was spacious. Nice large screened in patio with outdoor eating area. Beautiful views of the water. Plenty of dresser space and large closets to unpack all of you clothes and luggage. I also like how to bed was just on a frame and not heavy bulky furniture. I had push the one bed into the corner so my little one wouldn’t roll off of the bed at night then was able to slide it back to where it was. Journal was a really cool touch!!

Great space to stay in Venice. Close to the Legacy Trail which is awesome when you have a pet. The home is located in a great spot - minutes to the beach and shopping. We didnt mind the busy road and you couldnt hear any road noise in the house itself - especially where the bedrooms are located. Kitchen is so great - everything you need. And the bathrooms felt like a luxury splurge for the price point. Will stay again!

Great location. We were able to easily walk to the beach from here. House was built to give maximum privacy to a large number of people. Our family had a great vacation.

Found this wonderful place at a last minute! So wonderful! What a blessing. Place was well thought out, very accommodating for any sort of needs. Very dog friendly. Hosts (as well as other guests) were very sweet and and really enjoyed getting to chat at breakfast with all. Breakfast was always warm, delicious and wonderful. Wonderful homemade rolls every day. Great way to start your day. Very close to the beach as well.

We stayed at the home of 1 month. The home was clean and very comfortable and had all the things we needed (towels, dishes, etc.) We enjoyed the bicycles in the garage. The pool was amazing and gave us a lot of enjoyment. Don the owner was wonderful and gave us lots of suggestions to local restaurants, beaches, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

March of 2025 was the second year in a row that we spent 4 weeks at this property. We like it so much that we have already reserved the month of March in 2026. This home meets all our needs. It is close to beaches, restaurants and retail but off of the beaten path enough to enjoy quiet and less traffic. The amenities, including the pool are great and the home is well stocked with kitchen utensils. The host, Sherrie, was very responsive to any needs or questions. We look forward to our return in 2026.
