Villa vacation rentals in North Port

We enjoyed our month at Ray and Janes house. Great location, spacious house, nice pool and quiet neighbourhood. Walked the trails behind the house in the park almost everyday, lots of gators in the ponds any many birds around. Would definitely stay again.

The house we rented was clean and tidy. Kristina is an attentive hostess who has provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She quickly answered questions and resolved some questions that arose. We are grateful for the vacation spent at Kristina's house.

Had a great time! Kitchen was well equipped and everything that you would need was provided! Could just bring your clothes and enjoy!

We stayed a few weeks and was very comfortable. The house was exactly as described and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

Jason greeted us when we arrived. There was a bottle of wine and some snacks waiting inside. Nice!!! It was like an oasis near the city. I knew we were close to everything but felt like we were miles away. We had a partially fenced grassy area to let the dogs run outside (part of the reason we chose this place). There were plenty of amenities to add to our relaxation… bicycles, corn hole boards, laundry, a private beach (larger than it looked in the picture), a dock and a beautiful sunset. We drove to Boca Grande and enjoyed the gulf. Ate dinner at Farlow’s. And, relaxed!!!

Close to grocery stores, quiet neighborhood, clean house. That was exactly what we needed for a short week-long vacation

The home is fantastic. The amenities were fantastic. There is a lot of street noise - which you can’t change. You learn to tune it out. I was impressed by the home. And the owner was nice.

The home was exactly as-described. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was very quiet (although you can hear Rte 41 traffic in the distance), the best part was that this particular neighborhood had more character with its old oak trees than the other local neighborhoods, we know because we bicycled them all. And birds galore!

We loved staying here especially having the beach just a few feet away! Although there was construction taking place in the development, it did not interfere with our stay at all! We didn’t even notice the workers on site. If you get a chance to book this home, do it. April is an amazing host and has thought of every amenity possible! We look forward to booking again soon!

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

The pictures don’t describe the beauty and comfort of this home. The pool is a tropical oasis of palms and lush landscape. There are so many wonderful outdoor areas to go to and sit to soak it all in while the kids swim in the secluded and beautiful pool. Our host was so responsive and I was surprised to find a gorgeous vase of flowers, chocolates, fruit platter, and bottle of wine upon our arrival!! All of the little “extras” really just make vacationing so much easier…such as laundry and dish soap, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc… shower items, and so much more!! This has been our family’s favorite place so far in the lower Gulf area. We rented a boat and the husband was happy to be able to dock it right next to the house so he could jump on and fish. We spent a lot of time as a family on the boat and exploring new areas. So much fun! Thank you for making our vacation to Port Charlotte so comfortable and memorable!! Highly recommend ❤️

Pavel is an amazing host! House was spotless, extremely clean. The pool is heated and the whole pool area is beautifully lit up at night. Highly recommend!

Pelican's Nest is unique, a beautifully constructed and decorated house with two levels. Each level has its own bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom, as well as patios and decks with ocean views. It is perfect for or extended familiy or friend groups. There are restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops a few minute drive away. Or, take one of the two bikes that are available for your use. The nearly-deserted and lovely beach is a two minute walk away. The house is well stocked with beach gear, chairs, beach toys for kids, towels, umbrellas, etc. This is a luxury location. It was our second stay at this amzing property. Alena is helpful and friendly and will answer all your questions. One more thing: There is a toddler bed in one of the bedrooms, and a Pack n Play in the closet and high chair so you are covered if you have babies or toddlers, as we did. If you are lucky enough to stay in this beautiful house, you will love it and definitely return.

This home is absolutely stunning if you’re looking for a getaway with your family or evening another couple. The home is very spacious, the pool is absolutely stunning and perfect and the beach is just a short drive away! Very local to many things! Bonnie was so sweet and quick to respond to whatever we needed! Would recommend this place to anyone !

Given the circumstances, the house and its amenities were more than adequate. Very clean and well-stocked (especially the kitchen items and towels). This was not a vacation. We were dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian that damaged our family home and the sudden death of our mother. This also affected our stay Rotunda West due to the damage repair to the neighborhood and the lack of street signs because they were blown over. A GPS is very helpful in this neighborhood. Aside from being almost 30 minutes from town, we were very comfortable at the location. The owner sent us emails to alert us when people were coming to spray for bugs or look at the roof damage. The people that were the contact folks were responsive.

Incredible experience in this amazing home. This was one of the best vacations we ever had! Book with confidence! You will be wowed! We also rented a golf cart that we used to go to the ferry, which made our vacation much more adventurous!

The home and host was very nice and always helpful anytime we needed her. The place was very clean, just some carpet staining which happens. Would definitely stay again. Grateful!

This was a great home for staying a week in Rotunda. It has a nice split floor plan and wonderful patio around the pool - very enjoyable for waking up with a cup of coffee & listening to the native birds. Short drive to the beach and convenient to area stores. Very responsive host!
