Beautiful house, spacious, clean. Well equipped- plenty of dishes, towels- you don’t need to think about anything- Yelena already did! Loved the covered lanai and pool area, beautiful walks in the neighborhood. Attention to detail is unprecedented! Looks exactly like photos online, we will be back!

This is a beautiful, clean, well decorated home in a safe private neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious with lots of storage space. The patio was private with a beautiful pool that was well heated for this time of year. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home.

The stay was in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed spending time at the pool there. The house was clean and free of clutter. When we had issues with the AC, Melissa responded right away and worked hard to fix the issue immediately. She refunded us the night as we stayed at a hotel with the house at 80. The AC got fixed the next day and we stayed our final night. Thanks Melissa for all your help making for a great stay.

Me and my Family of 4 had the best week ever at David's. You truly feel right at home. everything we could have possibly needed was available to us. The house was beautiful and the boys had a great time in the pool and loved the bunk beds! I would definitely stay again in the future.

This is our 2nd time here and I can't say enough about it! The house, pool and hot tub were amazing! Our family had a wonderful time! We were close enough to all the great beaches, Venice and Siesta Keys! The host is wonderful! Beach ⛱️ supplies such as chairs and umbrella. The kitchen dishes and amenities were top notch!! Great home in a quiet neighborhood. We chose for the location, close to family we were visiting for graduation, and the home exceeded our expectations. The home is very spacious and clean, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen without feeling like it's cluttered. we had 5 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog, and never felt crowded. The patio and pool area are wonderful, providing both sunny and shady spots to be outdoors. Very close to North Port Connector trail, which was a great place for morning walks. This home is like a little oasis with the pool, and enclosed fence. While we were there to visit family, could see this as a great location for balancing day trips to various beaches and good R&R. Katia was very responsive to questions, providing both a number to call/text and the airbnb ap.

We had a nice stay here! Very clean and comfortable. Loved the quiet neighborhood, sitting in the hammock on the screened-in porch watching the wildlife, and exploring the area. Christopher was a very attentive and friendly host. Would stay again!

Evan was responsive from the day that we booked his beautiful home. Anytime I had texted him. he got right back to me. The thing that stands out most is that there was not a hairdryer, and he had one shipped the very next day to me. Evan is definitely a super host! I would recommend his beautiful home that sits on a canal in a heartbeat! It was wonderful sitting in the lanai, and watching the fish jump! Very convenient to so many places in the area. We absolutely loved our stay at Zina's property! The home is beautiful, offers plenty of space and comfort for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect place for us to unwind while still being close to everything we needed. Communication was seamless, and Zina was always a pleasure to deal with. She responded quickly and was more than happy to assist with any questions or needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail is impressive, the bedding is very comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with essentials such as pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Every corner of the home felt thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. Absolutely loved this beautiful home! The beds were incredibly comfy, and the reclining leather sectional was a pleasant surprise - perfect for family relaxation. The layout of the home was great, and the enclosed detached pool was a highlight, feeling private and convenient despite being on the side of the house. Easy access from the garage was a bonus, and the finished flooring made it easy to walk barefoot. The child-safe high door latch for the pool was a thoughtful touch. The pool was definitely the favorite spot for our family. We'd definitely book again and loved the experience. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

Sue's place is very welcoming. We initially had a 5th person who couldn't come so we really didn't need 3 bedrooms but the location and view was too good to pass up to look for something smaller. there is a nice screened in lanai with 2 fans. Overall, very nice!

The amenities were amazing. Everything we needed for a wonderful day at the beach or a pool. Umbrella , beach chairs, a wagon for on the beach, cooler, toys. towels and even some small life jackets. We flew down with a carry on. Everything we needed was at the house.

Thank you for the wonderful stay 🩷🩷 my family’s house caught fire in a neighborhood nearby and it was a great relief to have a home to stay at not a hotel. Beds were comfy and it made a hard time a little better.
