Family-friendly vacation rentals in North Port

only thing is there was like 1 laundry tab 1 dish tab 2 trash bags they want ya 2 clean up but nothing 2 do it with .....so it wasnt provided an it was waterer down this dish soap an laundry soap had water in them as someone had refilled the bottles an its was only $1 tree items 2 began with so make sure you have extra or go shopping otherwise everything was WONDERFUL peaceful spacious it was a great time had 2 weird times someone i think the owner came an stopped by 2 xs. an was watching us on the Camaras was a lil weird if i must say please let people know your stopping by before you peep your head around the corner even if your staying a few houses down

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

We enjoy our stay there. The pool was nice. The hot tub was a Coleman hot tub, but it did work. Close location to everything in the beaches we rented the upstairs part which had a deck on the top bedroom, which was really cool. Met Miles he was his helper, very useful for information on the area and places to visit great conversationist.

We loved our stay here! Leslie was very easy to communicate with. Beach is not walking distance but a very short drive with nice amenities. Home had extra beach chairs, and pool/beach items such as noodles and boogie boards. Home was everything we expected and more. Beds were super comfy and AC extra cold. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful place to stay! It was so comfortable and quiet. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome! We were 10 minutes from anything we needed. Great location and pleasant owners. They quickly responded to any of our questions. Would definitely reserve again.

Great vacation at Mikes! (Again!) Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with a very nice pool and hot tub. We have rented from Mike a few times and honestly, I would never rent in Florida from anyone else. The property is as advertised and anything you might need is one text message away. I Highly recommend this house as well as any of Mike’s other properties. The peace of mind, knowing that if you have a question, it will be answered, if you have a glitch, it will be fixed, and that the house will be spotless, is priceless.

Another wonderful stay at Diane’s villa.Everything anybody can want on a vacation ,lovely villa ,very peaceful location,driving distance to beaches and large choice of restaurants.We had our flight home to UK cancelled due to hurricane Helene but Diane checked in on us all the time and allowed us to rearrange our departure which was such a relief.Not an experience we wish to repeat but look forward to a return visit next spring.

Amazing, clean place. Great pool

This is the third time I've rented in this complex. The location is unbeatable - private beach, beautiful Gulf view from the beach, beach accessories were in good condition and a bonus kayak to use during the serene mornings. Definitely cannot beat the sunsets! The condo is by far the cleanest I've ever rented via Airbnb - thank you for that! The kitchen has everything - we cooked every meal. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Already booked for 2026!

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Well laid out home. Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, pots, coffee pot and Keurig. Very clean home. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Dana was an amazing host. The space was beautiful and magical. We can’t wait to return again. Thank you for everything.

Our visit at Adam and Mirka’s place was great; quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and walkable with almost no traffic. Their house was very clean and well taken care of. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the grill was perfect for a BBQ. When I sent questions, Mirka was very quick in her response. Our dogs loved ‘hunting’ for the lizards in the fenced back yard and kept Augi busy for long periods of time. No worries though, he never caught one. The surrounding area is wonderful for taking bike rides. My husband ‘found’ and ‘created’ many excursions for us to take that usually amounted to 13-15 miles - just perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. We would definitely like to rent Adam and Mirka’s place again if/when we vacation in Venus, FL again. We had a wonderful time!

We had been staying at another rental in Venice every year since 2020 and when it sold recently we thought we'd never find a house that compared. Not only did it compare but we think it may be our favorite vacation rental ever. We found ourselves not wanting to leave several times and instead hang out in the beautiful backyard area. We appreciated being able to bring our pups and allow them to relax in the living room when we did take a trip out. Thanks Greg for trusting us with your beautiful home and we look forward to coming back next year!

lovely house Vladimir gave my family and I few recommendations about places to see and beaches to walk on. the house was amazing along with the pool. Vladimir made us feel welcome and went beyond our expectations.

We really enjoyed our week at Troy’s lovely home in Port Charlotte. He is a meticulous host and everything is in perfect order & very comfortable. The location is close to my favorite Italian meat market as well as to an abundance of great restaurants. We also enjoyed the waterfront in Punta Gorda which is only a short distance away. We met several neighbors who were incredibly friendly & cordial. Wonderful place. Thanks!

This is the second year in a row that our family stayed here for Christmas break. It's spacious for all of us with 2 young boys. My son loves the fishing in the canal and we all love relaxing on the lanai while the kids swim. It is the warmest pool we have ever had for swimming. We eat all our meals outside also when weather permits. Thanks again , Jo, for making Christmas break 2022 another wonderful time. The Carman's

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

Sam's place is the real deal! Great location with peace and serenity in the neighborhood. The location is only minutes away from many cool things to do. There is a caretaker who is very responsible as well. They are very responsive and considerate to their guests with great communication should it be needed. I would stay here again anytime. Wayne

Everything about this place was perfect, we splurged for this home and it was worth it!! The outdoor activities provided us with plenty to do at the house in addition to the easy walk to the beach with tons of shells and shark teeth to find! The open concept of the living space and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms gave us a cozy feeling and lots of time together but provided privacy when needed! All porches were screened in and it was SO nice we love Florida but the bugs at night time always cut our outdoor time short so that was amazing to have! Over all an amazing stay:) we highly recommend!!

Todd’s place was great and he is extremely helpful and communicative! He had helpful instructions for the whole house. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed time in the pool the peaceful neighborhood. Close to beaches, bike paths and amenities. Highly recommend!
