Monthly Rentals in North Park, San Diego

We had a wonderful 2 month stay here and we were sad to leave! We relocated to the US from the UK and this Airbnb created the perfect beginning for our our US journey. Derek is a brilliant host. Super nice guy, responsive and proactive. The Airbnb is even better than it looks in photos. There’s an ideal private entrance, has plenty of storage and is spacious. The neighborhood is perfect - walkable with lots of great restaurants (thanks again Derek for the recommendations!) We loved our time here and can’t thank Derek and Tanya enough. Would 100% recommend!

Very comfortable and clean studio apartment - great for one person. Easy check in with clear instructions. Very quiet and peaceful at night.

Carrie's Casita was perfect for the two of us. A private little courtyard with lemon and orange trees and the scent of jasmine was very welcoming! The studio-style space was very comfortable and well-appointed. We took advantage of the outdoor seating for downtime after busy mornings of sightseeing. The walkable neighborhood has many architecturally interesting, historic homes with amazing front gardens filled with succulents and cacti of all shapes and sizes. The location is great for accessing great restaurants and boutiques. We would love to visit again!

Jane was very kind, her son Ana she are friendly and her house is very cozy. Very close to the main street where you can find everything you need. There is a very good common area in front of the house to sit and relax for a while. I would recommend her place to visit san Diego
