Kensington is a quaint, palm tree-lined, historical & walkable village. The 2 room garden suite is a 3-minute walk to shops, coffee spots, restaurants, an organic grocery and wine bars. Downtown San Diego, Gaslamp, Little Italy, Convention Center, Petco Park, Balboa Park, multiple beaches, San Diego Zoo, etc are all an easy 10-15 min. drive away! Quick 10 minute Uber Ride to downtown Gaslamp nightlife, the Zoo, Petco Park, etc. Take your pick of numerous gleaming beaches a quick, straight 15-20 minute ride away. Trolley Stop Close (5 min drive), Bus stop at end of street. Immediate freeway access. Near literally everything. Kensington rocks! Central to ALL- 10 min. to Downtown, convention center, Gaslamp, airport, Beaches (20 minutes) REALLY close to SDSU (10 min. max), 20 min from University of San Diego. Dog friendly in heart of Hillcrest

This is a dog friendly home with no extra dog fees and a great backyard that is strictly yours and your pups to enjoy. Airbnb calls it a guest suite but it is one room that is attached to the back of my house with private entrance, deck, private bath, microwave, frig, keurig machine with pods (no kitchen) and one free off street parking space big enough to fit a Ford F-150 trucK. There is some highway noise outside but windows are double-paned, so quiet inside. Smoking is fine outside.
