Kick back on woven patio chairs and soak up the Californian sun at a hip, mid-century modern abode. Grab the beach towels for a day by the waves, then sink into the slouchy cream couch and admire the botanical-inspired art and quirky patterns. You will enjoy this space as we have included everything you would need to make this your home away from home. The space is two-stories with the bedrooms and bathroom located upstairs. In the bedrooms you will find that both beds are equipped with tuft and needle queen mattresses for your comfort, blackout curtains, dressers and closet space. Downstairs you will find a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven/stove-top, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all the utensils you will need for meals. There is also a BBQ and small seating area on the private outside patio. We provide coffee, ice, towels, shampoo/conditioner, all bedding, and more for your convenience. There is also a washer/dryer located downstairs with laundry detergent provided. The unit sleeps up to 6* Sleeping arrangements here: 2 Queen beds (sleeps 4) 1 Queen air mattress (sleeps 2) 1 Couch (sleeps 1) 1 Pack-n-Play (sleeps 1) *$10 extra for each extra guest after 4. Kids under 2 are free. Kids are welcome, however the stairs currently do not have child safety gates. Until we get those, crawlers/toddlers may be at risk. An adult would have to monitor at all times. We do have a high chair and pack-n-play. Unit has a brand-new Roku Smart TV to watch your favorite shows and movies on your streaming apps. Cards and games are provided for your enjoyment. For the beach we have beach towels and beach toys. One parking spot is provided in the alley. There is also street parking in front. This listing is new, but we have been hosting with Airbnb for the past year. PAY ATTENTION TO STREET SWEEPING SIGNS on the street. Street Sweeping is the 2nd and 4th MONDAY of every month from 10am-1pm. The flat is one of 4 units in the building and can be found by the silver address outside the front door that reads 4644-1. We live close by and would love to answer any questions you may have! Please do not hesitate to ask for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable. The unit is in the heart of North Park, University Heights, and Normal Heights, within walking distance of popular restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and shopping. The San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are a 10-minute drive away. You can walk or grab a quick bird/jump bike to get to tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in North Park, University Heights, and Normal Heights. We are conveniently located next to major freeways (I-805 and I-8) Downtown is only a 10 min drive. You can easily get to shows, Padre baseball games, the Gaslamp district, and all other Downtown activities. If you don't want to mess with parking you can cheaply take a lyft or an Uber. The San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are also a 10 min drive away. We love San Diego and are more than happy to give you ample suggestions of how to spend your time:) Everything has its good and not so good. Want to be up front with ours. PROS - Incredible location - New building with a number of great amenities. - Laundry CONS - Street parking could be tricky on the weekends if you have more than one car. - As previously mentioned, the stairs are tricky if you have crawlers/toddlers. Currently do not have baby gates for the stairs.

our Boutique Casita features beautiful ample gardens, huge trees and 3 outdoor seating areas, the house has a country feeling to it however, decor of the Casita is all modern and fresh, the kitchen houses a stove and refrigerator, the Casita can sleep up to 4 people, 2 in the main Queen bed and 2 in the kitchen area in the Daybed which has one top one bottom mattress as viewed in the pictures, access from street is flat no steps access all the way into the house , the patio has indoor parking.
