Nous avons passé quelque jour dans le logement de Elena tous étais parfait nous somme très content d’avoir réservé cette villa qui étais parfaite pour notre petite famille la maison et l’extérieur étais propre je recommande à 100%

We had fantastic time in the house. Esteban welcomed us and showed us around the house. We were offered sweet grapes from Totana. Combination of a swimming pool and hot tub is great and we enjoyed it. The place was quiet. The mountains are just around the corner.

If you want a wonderfull place and the best and most warming host, this is without doubt, the place to stat!!

No le doy 10 estrellas, porque no hay. Si fuera una nota numérica, sería un 11 sobre 10. Antonio es un anfitrión muy amable, atento, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y vayamos a lugares de ensueño. El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con dos piscinas y jacuzzi en cada una de ellas, jardines muy bien mantenidos y una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en cualquier apartamento de Antonio. Muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres, Antonio.

Si vous voulez visiter toute la région de Murciq, c'est le meilleur emplacement, je recommande très fortement cet appartement très bien équipé et bien situé. L'arrivée et le départ très facile avec janette.

Beautiful and well equipped villa. It was especially nice that each family in our group had their own living quarters as the bedrooms were well spaced out. The pool is very big and the outdoor kitchen was a great touch for having a bbq. There are many different seating areas to pick from, the grounds were stunning and well kept. The host who met us at the villa was very responsive and answered any queries we had. We had a great stay and will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you.

We stayed at Antonio’s for one month and really enjoyed the Airbnb. Here’s why: Antonio is an amazing host—he met us at the train station and walked with us back to the house. He always responds quickly, and during our stay, when the kettle broke, he replaced it immediately and even brought us extra pots and pans. El Carmen is a great neighborhood. It’s just a short walk across the bridge to the town center. There’s a Mercadona and a few excellent bakeries nearby, and traditional markets aren’t far either. The train station is also only 10 minutes away. The house is very well stocked and has everything you need for a long stay. It also felt very homey to us, with plenty of natural light in the living and dining areas. One thing I wasn’t aware of is that the monthly Airbnb fee doesn’t include utilities. However, it wasn’t an issue—based on our usage, we paid less than 100 euros for water and electricity, and 18 euros for propane. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and recomend it.

La casa es muy acogerá, limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia tranquila y de desconexión, zona sin ruidos, a sido todo un placer estar un fin de semana.

Hemos estado del 15 al 19 de agosto, es una de las mejores casas en las que hemos estado. El entorno inmejorable y la casa preciosa. Muy atentos en todo momento. Lo único que mejoraría es los utensilios de cocina, algo gastados, uno de los fuegos no encendía bien, el lavavajillas no lo usamos ya que la primera vez no lavó bien los platos. El frigorífico hubiera estado bien que estuviera encendido un tiempo antes de nuestra llegada ya que le costó enfriar bien un día y medio por lo que no pudimos hacer hielos al principio y algunos alimentos se los estropearon. Las camas eran cómodas, todo estaba muy limpio, la piscina nos gustó mucho. Pudimos ver ciervos, aves, el cielo estrellado… Repetiríamos sin dudarlo

Estancia muy grata, la casa estaba muy limpia y bien equipada. Hemos estado muy agusto y Adelaida ha estado pendiente todo el rato. Muy recomendable 🙂

Estuvimos una semana en esta preciosa casita, con nuestros dos perros grandes. Estábamos preocupadas por si se escaparían, pero todo está perfectamente vallado. La casita es muy acogedora y grande. Lo único malo, es que faltaban sartenes pequeñas, bolsas de basura, aceite, vinagre, y algunas cositas, pero sin importancia, dado que a 5 minutos en coche, tienes para comprar. El wifi, va genial. La piscina era bonita y muy bien iluminada de noche. Su marido, venía cada día a limpiarla, y se mantenía muy limpia. La zona es muy tranquila, y te sientes segura. La primera noche, vimos una ratita que come bolitas en los arboles, y la bautizamos como Chanel, si alguien la ve, que la salude de nuestra parte 🥰 El trato con los propietarios muy bueno, no podría ser mejor. De todas las casitas que hemos estado, esta la mejor. En resumen, estamos enamoradas de esta casa, nos sentimos increíblemente bien, como en casa. ¡¡Algún día volveremos!!

Words cannot express how wonderful this particular booking was. Our trip had challenges of its own, but that aside, John's place is AMAZING. It is exactly as described, and then better. It is literally a slice of heaven in rural Spain. It is home-from-home with modern fixtures and fittings and everything and anything that you could possibly need from a home, and then more. Since placing the booking with Airbnb, John has been on hand to answer all my irritating and incessant questions....closer to the time of our trip, the information was free-flowing and easy to follow and everything was exactly as described. The house and garden are absolutely beautiful. If you want peace and quiet and countryside walks this is the place to come. I honestly didn't want to come home. In fact, I didn't want to leave a nice review, because I don't really want anyone else to go - I want it to be available for just me! The house and host get 10/10 What else can I say? Thank you John, for everything!

Ha sido una estancia increíble. Tanto la casa como el entorno han sido estupendos. La casa estaba con la limpieza adecuada al llegar y tenía lo que aparecía en descripción. El anfitrión nos ha dado directrices de sitios que visitar y han sido un acierto. Si tuviera que destacar algo negativo sería la temperatura al llegar a la casa. Visitamos el sitio en enero y la primer noche la casa estaba sin caldear. El segundo día ha sido todo de maravilla.

El piso está en una zona ideal está todo nuevo y muy completo nos falto una cafetera y enseguida nos la facilitaron la verdad es que hemos estado muy bien y muy cómodos la comunicación ha sido genial volveremos sin dudarlo

Uma ótima estadia, a Victorina sempre muito disponível e pronta para resolver qualquer questão com muita cortesia e simpatia. A casa é excelente e convida ao descanso e à tranquiidade com uma vista fantástica para poder usufruir de umas férias muito relaxadas. O único senão, era o facto de ser bastante longe de tudo, da praia uns 20 minutos de carro, e das cidades grandes mais proximas mais ainda nada menos que mais ou menos 1 hora, mas de uma forma geral muito agradável e umas excelentes férias. Gostaria de agradecer também à Melania, que com muita simpatia nos ajudou sempre que necessário. Recomendo.

Jenny is an awesome host and it is a great villa. 20-30 minutes from Murcia. A great villa for 2-3 families.

Agreable sejour. Logement conforme aux photos et à la description. Rooftop tres agreable avec de jolies coucher de soleil. Kathy est tres reactif aux demandes. Quelques petites ameliorations à faire dans l'appartement nottament pour les long sejours. Je recommande.

I highly recommend anyone to stay at this property. Not only is the house incredible, and surrounded by the most gorgeous scenery, but you are greeted with two extremely kind, knowledgeable hosts who give you the time of day to inform of you on anything you need to know. This was THE best property we have ever stayed at and we would be happy to return at any time knowing we would have an amazing stay.

4 of us stayed there ( 2 children and 2 adults) and there was plenty of room and 2 bathrooms really helped. The apartment was so close to lots of different beaches, we were spoilt for choice. Our favourite beach ( El Corral) we visited 3 days running because it had so much to do ( snorkelling etc- the fish were amazing) our neighbours were lovely and the pool was a good size. Lots of locals on the smaller beaches- loved being able to mix in and the children 6 and 7, made Spanish friends on the beach and got to practice speaking it. A great holiday 😍

La casa coincidía con la descripción, nosotros íbamos a un campeonato poco estuvimos en la casa, pero tenía todas las comodidades que se necesitaba. Nos quedamos con la pena de hacer uso de la piscina 😔 Los dueños muy amables y respondían a cualquier duda que tuviéramos. Ah y una cosa que me pareció genial, que a ninguno otro se lo he visto es que tienen una carpeta con recomendaciones de la zona, eso estuvo muy bien ☺️

Minuca's is unique modern design set in a stunning landscape. Truly restorative. We had the place all to ourselves and enjoyed every minute. Walks along the dry river, wild pomegranate, cycles along dirt tracks through orchards and fruit trees. We day tripped to Cartagena and Cehegín, visited the magical Salto del Usero and otherwise lounged on the sun terrace or by the log fire evenings. Perfect holiday
