We spent a few days in Elena's place all were perfect we are very happy to have booked this villa which was perfect for our small family the house and the outside was clean I recommend 100%

We had fantastic time in the house. Esteban welcomed us and showed us around the house. We were offered sweet grapes from Totana. Combination of a swimming pool and hot tub is great and we enjoyed it. The place was quiet. The mountains are just around the corner.

If you want a wonderfull place and the best and most warming host, this is without doubt, the place to stat!!

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

If you want to visit the whole region of Murciq, this is the best location, I highly recommend this very well-equipped and well-located apartment. Check-in and check-out is very easy with Janette.

Beautiful and well equipped villa. It was especially nice that each family in our group had their own living quarters as the bedrooms were well spaced out. The pool is very big and the outdoor kitchen was a great touch for having a bbq. There are many different seating areas to pick from, the grounds were stunning and well kept. The host who met us at the villa was very responsive and answered any queries we had. We had a great stay and will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you.

We stayed at Antonio’s for one month and really enjoyed the Airbnb. Here’s why: Antonio is an amazing host—he met us at the train station and walked with us back to the house. He always responds quickly, and during our stay, when the kettle broke, he replaced it immediately and even brought us extra pots and pans. El Carmen is a great neighborhood. It’s just a short walk across the bridge to the town center. There’s a Mercadona and a few excellent bakeries nearby, and traditional markets aren’t far either. The train station is also only 10 minutes away. The house is very well stocked and has everything you need for a long stay. It also felt very homey to us, with plenty of natural light in the living and dining areas. One thing I wasn’t aware of is that the monthly Airbnb fee doesn’t include utilities. However, it wasn’t an issue—based on our usage, we paid less than 100 euros for water and electricity, and 18 euros for propane. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and recomend it.

The house is very cozy, clean and has everything you need for a quiet and relaxing stay, a quiet area, it was a pleasure to stay for a weekend.

We've been Aug. 15-19, it's one of the best homes we've ever been in. The unbeatable surroundings and beautiful house. Very attentive at all times. The only thing that would improve is the kitchen utensils, something worn, one of the fires did not light well, the dishwasher did not use it since the first time it did not wash the dishes well. The refrigerator would have been nice if it was on a time before our arrival since it struggled to cool well for a day and a half so we couldn't make ice at the beginning and some foods spoiled them. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, the pool we liked it very much. We could see deer, birds, the starry sky… We would repeat without hesitation

We stayed for a week in this beautiful little house, with our two big dogs. We were worried if they would run away, but everything is perfectly fenced. The house is very cozy and large. The only bad thing, is that there were missing small pans, garbage bags, oil, vinegar, and some little things, but unimportant, since a 5 minute drive away, you have to shop. The wifi goes great. The pool was nice and very well lit at night. Her husband, she came every day to clean it, and it kept very clean. The area is very quiet, and you feel safe. The first night, we saw a ratita eats balls in the trees, and we baptized her as Chanel, if someone sees her, say hello on our side 🥰 The deal with the owners very good, could not be better. Of all the casitas we've been there, it's the best. In short, we are in love with this house, we feel incredibly good, like at home. We'll be back someday!!

Words cannot express how wonderful this particular booking was. Our trip had challenges of its own, but that aside, John's place is AMAZING. It is exactly as described, and then better. It is literally a slice of heaven in rural Spain. It is home-from-home with modern fixtures and fittings and everything and anything that you could possibly need from a home, and then more. Since placing the booking with Airbnb, John has been on hand to answer all my irritating and incessant questions....closer to the time of our trip, the information was free-flowing and easy to follow and everything was exactly as described. The house and garden are absolutely beautiful. If you want peace and quiet and countryside walks this is the place to come. I honestly didn't want to come home. In fact, I didn't want to leave a nice review, because I don't really want anyone else to go - I want it to be available for just me! The house and host get 10/10 What else can I say? Thank you John, for everything!

It's been an incredible stay. Both the home and the surroundings were great. The house was with proper cleaning upon arrival and had what appeared in description. The host has given us guidelines on places to visit and have been a good one. If I were to highlight something negative it would be the temperature when coming to the house. We visited the site in January and the first night the house was unheated. The second day was all great.

The apartment is in an ideal area, everything is new and very complete, we are missing a coffee maker, and they immediately made it easier for us, the truth is that we have been very well and very comfortable. Communication has been great. We will return without hesitation

A great stay, the Victorina always very available and ready to resolve any issue with a lot of courtesy and sympathy. The house is excellent and invites rest and tranquillity with a fantastic view to enjoy a very relaxed holiday. The only if not, was the fact that it was quite far from everything, from the beach about 20 minutes by car, and from the larger cities closer still no less than about an hour, but in a very pleasant way and an excellent holiday. I would also like to thank Melania, who with great sympathy helped us whenever necessary. I recommend it.

Jenny is an awesome host and it is a great villa. 20-30 minutes from Murcia. A great villa for 2-3 families.

Clean and very quiet apartment an apartment to rest and disconnect from everything that is what we intended, since you have to always use the car for those who want to go out to see things. Otherwise we have been super comfortable.

I highly recommend anyone to stay at this property. Not only is the house incredible, and surrounded by the most gorgeous scenery, but you are greeted with two extremely kind, knowledgeable hosts who give you the time of day to inform of you on anything you need to know. This was THE best property we have ever stayed at and we would be happy to return at any time knowing we would have an amazing stay.

4 of us stayed there ( 2 children and 2 adults) and there was plenty of room and 2 bathrooms really helped. The apartment was so close to lots of different beaches, we were spoilt for choice. Our favourite beach ( El Corral) we visited 3 days running because it had so much to do ( snorkelling etc- the fish were amazing) our neighbours were lovely and the pool was a good size. Lots of locals on the smaller beaches- loved being able to mix in and the children 6 and 7, made Spanish friends on the beach and got to practice speaking it. A great holiday 😍

The house matched the description, we were going to a championship little we were in the house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. We are left with the penalty of using the pool 😔 The owners were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Oh and one thing that I found great, that no one else I saw is that they have a binder with local recommendations, that was very good ☺️

Minuca's is unique modern design set in a stunning landscape. Truly restorative. We had the place all to ourselves and enjoyed every minute. Walks along the dry river, wild pomegranate, cycles along dirt tracks through orchards and fruit trees. We day tripped to Cartagena and Cehegín, visited the magical Salto del Usero and otherwise lounged on the sun terrace or by the log fire evenings. Perfect holiday
