Nevertheless, you have wonderful peace here, especially on the balcony with south orientation to the backyard. The apartment has everything your heart desires. Grout-free bathroom with walk-in shower. A large, spacious living room. Kitchen with all the utensils and the finest coffee! Bedroom with a window overlooking the courtyard.

Charming attic apartment, close to the city center

A small (45 m²), charming and centrally located attic apartment in the east of Leipzig. Shopping, nice cafes, pubs and parks are right around the corner. You can reside here comfortably for two, but if in doubt, also fold out the sofa (110 x 200 cm) and a mattress (80 x 200 cm). A small dishwasher is in the kitchen, so no stress with washing up. There are exterior blinds in the bedroom and living room, so it is pitch dark for sleeping. If in doubt, just ask :)
