The apartment is centrally located in the southern suburb near the racetrack in a quiet side street. It is best to get around by bike, then you can reach almost all places quickly through forest and park. Downtown can be reached in about 13 minutes. Bus and tram are around the corner. On the street, there is a shop. The bed is 140 cm wide and is in the bedroom on the quiet courtyard side. The apartment is not suitable for small children. Children 12 years and older are welcome.
