Great stay, and much nicer in real life even. Good value.

We loved the traditional house, grounds & pool. Our ensuite shower room was particularly large & well equipped. The short walk to the village square with bars & cafes & free car parking made this, for us, the perfect stay.

The accommodation is very well centered in Palma and close to the square with all buses. The accommodation is very clean (the cleaning is done 2 times a day) and the host is very friendly and will make all his recommendations for places to visit when you arrive!

What a beautiful place. We will definitely come back.

Small and almost private residence in the heart of the old town but with the amenities of the restaurant in the square a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was exceptional and roof terrace a bonus.

A paradise oasis! Could not recommend this place more. Antoni and his family are excellent hosts. The room was spacious, bed king sized and everything was lovely and clean. The breakfast selection is everything you could want, as was the dinner we had. Excellent value for money! The pool area is perfect and the grounds are covered in flowers and fruit trees, with lots of wildlife around the area. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return one day!

Really cool hotel and brunch was 10/10. I recommend, the pool is also top notch. We had a room with a balcony overlooking a pool, great. After crossing Mallorca, I added a 5 star here lol. Very accommodating staff, close to the beach.

Until the end read!!!!!! This facility was in the hands of people who took very good care of it for a long time, so after that about 3 years ago the owner changed and the quality decreased rapidly. Now and today 2025 April, the owner changed again and does everything right as it should be. I would also like to thank you for the regal welcome and the late evening food because of the late arrival, which was a 12/10. If you need a large bed, you must inform the owner immediately after booking ( it says in the description) It's very quiet here and the rooms very clean even if a little dark but think beneficial if you want to stay here in the hot summer. Yes, I would like to come back but then probably only from mid-May. Best regards from Switzerland,

A beautiful place to stay, totally quiet and idyllically located. A great mix of old and modern (super nice bathroom!). Breakfast is included. The hosts are very accommodating, with tips for the area. Communication straightforward :)

My partner and I spent a week at this beautiful hotel. Perfect area, central to the island. In fact, we moved quietly to visit any area. The village of Alarò is a very quiet favor. The hotel is in the main square and there is a really nice atmosphere. Very large, spacious, very clean room, with a window overlooking the square. We also had dinner there one night and they have an impeccable kitchen. Very kind and courteous hosts, they allowed us to check out later since we had the hotel in the evening. We are really satisfied, if we return to Palma we will definitely move back here! Thank you for everything Can Xim

We enjoyed staying in Musa her apartment. We asked her to come earlier than expected and it was not a problem. The whole communication was great. Sometimes it was not so easy to find a parking slot but in the end we always had one. The house with three floors is amazing. It is so beautiful furnished with so many details. We loved it. Please have in mind that there is no AC and it can get very warm in Mallorca. There had been three fans and we did not had a problem with the heat. Our personal highlight was the 3rd floor - the rooftop. We spend very beautiful nights on it. I can highly recommend sleeping in this house and getting the chance to meet Musa - she is lovely! Thank you very much for the stay!

A beautiful and tranquil place to stay in the heart of the Serra de Tramontana region. The room is well equipped with everything you could need, plenty of space to unpack and settle in. We bought food and drinks to cook for ourselves in the room when we wanted to and could store 2 weeks worth easily in the fridge and in cupboards. There is a lovely space to sit and relax for the day/evening on your own private balcony or other picturesque spaces to relax around the estate. The room interior design is stunning, modern and clean in style and we were able to make the place feel like home for 2 weeks. Breakfast is catered for by Rondaia and the choices are great- all local produce, Ana offered to get anything extra you would like if needed outside of what was already available. This wasn’t necessary for us as the fruit/yogurt/pastries were perfect. The honesty bar available 24hours meant you could have an ice cream/Beer/snack etc as an extra whenever you fancied which was a nice treat. The staff on the estate were all super friendly and helpful and efficient if we needed help, eg.whenever you wanted a change of pool towels or fresh sheets in the room they would do it on request. Overall we had an excellent stay for 2 weeks at Rondaia and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Holiday to relax in a beautiful location with a great pool with close access to all the pretty villages/ports and coves in Mallorca, when you fancy a day out. We loved it and will be back again, thank you Ana for your hospitality, from start to finish you were in touch to make sure we were happy with our stay and were so accommodating to all of our needs.

Clean and large house. Perfect for spending a few days in Palma de Mallorca. The neighborhood doesn't offer much, but it's perfect if you want to rent a car/motorcycle and get around the island. The highway exit is less than 5 minutes away. Mayka was a fantastic host, always responsive to anything. I would stay here again without thinking.
