Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Nord de Palma District

Excellent emplacement au calme comme nous recherchions. Le logement est très bien équipé à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Tout est bien pensé il ne manque rien. Le logement est optimum pour un couple. Le jacuzzi est vraiment appréciable . Les hôtes sont attentionnés et il a été facile de communiquer. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour séjourner sur l’île. Eric et sandrine

What a fantastic stay, we all had the most wonderful and relaxing time. The set up was perfect for us and our 2 boys aged 5 and 2, they really loved all the outdoor space and activities for them, and were always so excited to get up and out to play. I particularly enjoyed a morning stroll with them down to see and feed the chickens and turkeys both of which had chicks while we were there. Our boys are still talking about them 2 weeks later. We were lucky enough to have fresh eggs every morning. Heber and Bibi are very kind and thoughtful hosts, very responsive and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We would stay again without question and have already recommended to friends

This home is beautifully laid out, loads of space, relaxed styling and bigger than the pictures. Every bedroom has a bathrooms and there are 3 outdoor areas. The air conditioning meant we had great relief from the July Heat. Centrally located we could walk to the main square, restaurants, bars and shops. I highly recommend. A great host and the use of a local hotel with pool was perfect.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce superbe logement, parfaitement décoré et très bien aménagé, tout a été pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Miquela est une hôte exceptionnelle : réactive, chaleureuse et d’une grande gentillesse. Elle sait s’adapter avec beaucoup de bienveillance.

Eerder toevallig kwamen we in de villa Can Menut Nou terecht. We hebben hier met 8 personen een fantastische week mogen beleven. De villa straalt klasse uit en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een geslaagde vakantie. De rustige ligging aan de rand van Pollença is de ideale uitvalsbasis om te voet de prachtige stad te verkennen. De privé parking is handig als je een wagen hebt gehuurd wat we ten zeerste aanraden. De villa ligt in het noordwesten en is een prachtige streek om te ontdekken. Ook dank aan de uitbaters om alles supervlot te laten verlopen. De communicatie was top en vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader en we komen terug!

Wir reisten als eine Gruppe von 7 Frauen und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat genügend Platz, gerade auch die zwei Badezimmer mit Duschen sind gold wert bei 7 Frauen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich ums Eck. Die Kommunikation mit Maria war immer sehr gut, sie schrieb immer sehr schnell zurück. Der einzige Minuspunkt war der Fluglärm, aber da kann man grundsätzlich nicht viel dagegen machen. Alles top, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a fabulous stay at Maria’s villa, the location was great for us, peaceful, within a 5 min walk to the beach and local amenities. We were on a cycling trip and the villa was in a perfect location for us. The villa was clean, tidy, the internet was good and it had everything needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, very friendly and accommodating, we were made to feel very welcome. The hot tub was also a welcome edition in the evenings especially when wanting to relax after a long day. Thank you for hosting our superb holiday on the island.

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

Days in heaven 🙏🏻 We had such a fantastic time at Eva’s place and couldn’t have hoped for more. Everything is even more wonderful that what the photos show - both indoors and outdoors, Eva’s place is full of cozy spots to enjoy the calm, soak the sun, dine with family or friends and just enjoy life. What a gem. We came with 4 little children and Eva made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. So lucky to be here while the citrus trees were in bloom. I really hope we will be back again someday!

Wir haben fast zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Finca mit neun Personen und zwei Babys verbracht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen super! Die Umgebung ist fantastisch und zur Küsten mit vielen wunderschönen Buchten rund um Portocolom ist es nur „Katzensprung“. Ein ideales Domizil für einen entspannten Familienurlaub mit Grillabenden am tollen Pool, Wanderungen in der Umgebung und Ausflügen in die vielen schönen Orte drumherum. Die Kommunikation mit Pere war unkompliziert und freundlich und seine gesamte Familie hat sich um unser Wohlergehen rührend gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Dies wird ein unvergesslicher Urlaub bleiben.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta vackra hus – ljust, rymligt och med ett härligt lugn. Den oslagbara utsikten över de omkringliggande bergen gav verkligen en extra dimension till hela upplevelsen. Barnen stortrivdes både inne i huset och ute i trädgården, och vi vuxna uppskattade verkligen de generösa ytorna och den fina atmosfären. Vi blev väl mottagna av Petra och hennes familj, som var otroligt varma och välkomnande – det satte tonen för hela vår vistelse. Köket var välutrustat och gjorde det enkelt att laga goda middagar hemma. Ett tips är att ha bil under vistelsen, så att man enkelt kan utforska det vackra området runt omkring. Vi lämnade med många fina minnen och ser gärna fram emot att återvända. Varmt rekommenderat!

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cette superbe maison. Nous étions 8 adultes et la maison offre tout le confort nécessaire pour que chacun se sente à l'aise. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et parfaitement équipés ! La maison est spacieuse, chaque chambre est d'une belle taille, pareil pour les 3 salles de bain. La salle de jeux au sous sol a été apprécié quand les températures étaient un peu plus fraîches. L'accueil de Valérie était très chaleureux et souriant ! Nous avons eu une visite de la maison, puis des recommandations sur les commerces alentours, les restaurants etc ... Valérie est restée joignable tout au long de notre séjour. Nous allons garder de très beaux souvenirs de cette villa !

Beautiful property with Amazing views, short walk to beach and restaurants. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

A delightful little finca that surpassed our expectations. The house itself is spacious and extremely well kitted out. Loved the high ceilings and aircon/heating throughout. But the exterior is where the place really comes to life. Incredible views of the mountains and the church, garden and pool both very well maintained. Malena & Tomeu were fantastic hosts, they greeted us on arrival and showed us around, left an extremely generous amount of food and drink which was very much appreciated since we got in late and didn't have time to shop right away. They gave us plenty of privacy but were readily available for recommendations when requested. Great location, super quiet and peaceful but just a short walk from town.
