The house was exactly as the pictures looked and was very cozy. Great access in the middle of Ruidoso and shopping/restaurants. The house was extremely clean and well accommodated!

We've stayed in lots of Airbnbs, and this one stood out as one of the very best. Even though we were a last-minute booking, Jacque made it easy for us and was great to communicate with. It's a remote area, so a stocked kitchen was so very welcome! Great porch to sit on with a view of two horses. We loved it!

Great place to stay for us! We enjoyed the thoughtful and beautiful decor. The whole cabin was spotlessly clean. The deck was a terrific place for meals and reading. The location is about 15 minutes to Lake Bonito, a beautiful fishing lake.

Rebecca's North 40 Retreat is special and so is Rebecca. I don't have enough superlatives to recommend the North 40, Bunk house, and the Stinky Hoof. we stayed here last year and this year was even better. We were pet free this year, although it's set up to manage 1 or 2 pets easily. She has many activities for you to enjoy, from a beautiful pool table to corn hole and giant Jenga, to darts. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of hot water for showers. The place was very clean when we arrived. Rebecca is a very communicative hostess. I hope to come back again and again! I hesitate to be as glowing as I want, because I selfishly want the North 40 to be available.
