Phil’s space was perfect. Beautiful, spacious, clean and perfectly located apartment. Overall it felt way bigger than a studio because of the privacy offered with the kitchen and bathroom having their own separate areas. Phil was incredibly communicative throughout my stay, super flexible with accommodations, and made for a seamless and worry free month. Checking in was super simple - the front desk was ready to hand off keys and easy to get in. The apartment itself was stocked already with necessities and then some. The work from home office set up and internet- excellent. The monitor is incredible and love a standing desk!!! Location was perfect for a 15 min walk to my office in FiDi every day and so many incredible bars, markets, shopping, and restaurants within 1-3 blocks of the apartment. Laundry room was perfect.. so many machines so never had an issue with timing. 20/10 would stay again!!! Thank you Phil for opening up and maintaining a wonderful space for your guests.

Thad was really nice and helpful from the moment we have booked the place. The apartment is very cute and there was everything we needed for our one month in San Francisco. It is very easy to take busses from there going everywhere. The reception is opened 24 hours. The gym is great and also the laundry room. We really liked it!

Nils was very responsive and accommodating. Amenities were awesome. Close to everything. Only ask is to upgrade from the college life kitchen ware. Pots and pans with scratched Teflon and plastic everything is tough if you plan to stay long term. But overall would stay again!

I had a wonderful two-month stay at James’ apartment. The building is absolutely amazing—well-maintained, secure, and filled with charm. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything San Francisco has to offer. While the Tenderloin is often considered a challenging area, I felt safe throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and convenient stay in the heart of the city!
