Vacation rentals with beach access in Nisiros

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

I had a really wonderful stay at Dionisia. A perfect setting for me really as the location was ideal. Communication was brilliant from the host and I would definitely consider returning as I felt right at home here. A really natural feel to the place. Loved it!

The apartment was exactly as described, located in a quiet village, the in-house tavern offers authentic Greek cuisine, highly recommended. Ideal for travellers who want to be accommodated off the tourist mile. Very happy to come back, thank you so much for the wonderful time in Kos :)

This was my second stay at this wonderful apartment, and it was just as great as the first. The space is clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated near great local amenities, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploring the area. Anemos- their family owned restaurant is situated just below the apartment- the food is excellent, combined with the warm hospitality and sea views make for an amazing dining experience! John and his team were incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Really does set the standard for Greek hospitality; creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be returning again!

Really enjoyed my stay at Anastasia's, from the warm welcome to the goodbye. I was advised to rent a scooter and was able to travel around the island no problem.

We really enjoyed our stay! it was a very relaxing spot with a beautiful view and great swimming! it was close to all the nearby restaurants but away from the busy streets! we loved how accommodating helpful the host was with our 2 kitties and earlier checkin. We can definitely recommend!! Thank you again

We had a fabulous time at Uno Apartment on the beach in Tilos. Right on the beach. Just a few steps from our patio to our very own beach loungers. It was perfect. Beautiful bay for swimming and a choice of restaurants literally next door. The apartment is bigger than the photos suggested. Ample room for the two of us to spread out and with the patio table and chairs for eating along with loungers and easy chairs outside we were spoilt for choice. Angelos father Pantilos was in hand to greet us and service the apartment during our stay and generally chat! Washing machine facilities too which was really useful as we are in a 3 week trip. Kitchen was simple but adequate for breakfast prep and light meals. Will definitely be booking again! Thank you x

We loved our stay here. Aikaterini and Olympios were lovely hosts - very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They both really did everything to make our stay feel special. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and in a quiet street, but only a few minutes walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants.

We stayed at Mr. Onur's house for 4 nights and we were very satisfied. It was obviously better than we expected. First of all, the location of the house is very good, you can easily reach the most beautiful bays in a place. If nightlife is not your priority, it makes much more sense than staying in the center of Datça. The house was very clean and everything was considered up to the refrigerator bags when we entered. Everything was great. My stay at Nisuri Home was fantastic. It has an incredible terrace with nothing in front but the sea on the horizon. The location is perfect, the place itself is totally clean and very welcoming. The cottage also served as the perfect base for exploring the nearby out of this world active volcano and amazing beach of Pachia Ammos.

Yigit is a very responsive and helpful host. Takes care of all possible issues and constantly informs you. Place is clean and everything is working fine. There are some abandoned village homes around the house though which are not depicted in the photos. That is the only downside. People in the village are welcoming and helpful. The place is worth the money and I would overall recommend it.

We had a great time in beautiful Servilla. It was a perfect calm home from which to explore the Datca peninsula. We enjoyed the nature and the beautiful views from the spacious house, which even had toys for our son to play with! Having a car is a must, since the house is up in the hills and about 15min drive from the closest beach (hayitbükü). We would love to stay here again (and listen to more tapes on the tape machine). The house was very pleasant and comfortable. Everything was just like in the photos. The details were thoughtful. Mr.etin was very interested and solution-oriented.

My husband and 2 boys came out to Greece to meet our daughter and granddaughter. We all came to the villa and could not fault anything. The boys loved playing chess. Enjoyed good BBQs in the garden. We could walk to Malibu beach in 20 mins which has a free pool and bar. Anytime we messaged the hosts they was quick to reply to our questions. Clean and spotless throughout. Granddaughter 4 months was comfy in the cot provided by hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much we had an amazing week

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. Vasilis, Manolis and Nia are in our heart. See you soon and sincerely, thank you for everything🙏🏻 🫶.

The studio is clean, the beds are good, it has a fantastic location at the beach. Very good communication with the host 👍

We had a great stay at the beautiful apartment. Our 2 kids enjoyed the space and the beach and everything else we need being so close. The view is definitely amazing and you really hear nothing but the waves. Can only recommend to stay here!
