Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nisiros

Andrea is a very good host, very friendly and helpfully! If we had problems or questions we could reach him all the time through mobile and he respond us always very quick.

The house has a terrace that alone is worth the stay. The kitchen area is large and well-equipped. Definitely an excellent accommodation for small groups.

We all loved Tilos and Zefeiris's place. He and Vlada were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed lots of fantastic walks, beach and snorkelling, food and the amazing scenery all around.

A unique place to stay away from busy Zia and the standard fare hotels in Tigaki. It felt like our home away from home for the 10 days we stayed. A car is definitely needed, you will need to buy ALL groceries if you plan to do any cooking but pots, utensils and crockery is provided. Whilst there are no swimming pools in the Zia area we used hotel pools on occasions and it's only a short 15 mins drive to the beach at Tigaki. We would definitely stay here again on a return to Kos Island.

Maria is an excellent host and her place is beautiful and very cozy. I highly recommend staying there to anyone looking for a more rustic experience with an easy access to everything Kos town has to offer (~15 minutes away). You absolutely need to rent a car, a cab drive ranges from 30 to 50€ each way. The restaurant right next door is a gem and a must go. Thanks for everything Maria!

It was the second long-term stay, this time for two months...everything was perfect again. Thomas, as always, immediately available for any concerns. Enough has been written about the house by other guests .... simply a brilliant place to stay on the island to have a good time. Thanks again Thomas. See you next time

Excellent value for the price. Quiet and sheltered house and close to taverns and markets. Central location with respect to tourist attractions. Highly recommended

Alexis studio is an amazing place, we had such a lovely stay! The accommodation is great and has everything you need, the view is spectacular and, while walking distance from restaurants and shops, it's tucked away in a very quiet area, making it very relaxing. The recommendations we got from Yiannis were perfect, we went to most beaches and restaurants he suggested and were super happy with our experiences, and I was very happy to not have to do any research myself :) His mum is super sweet and bakes the most amazing Greek pastries, she was a delight to see every morning. Overall an amazing experience, thank you Yiannis!

The most beautiful village house in Emporeios. We had such a great stay, I just wished we could have stayed a month! The house is beautifully and lovingly renovated, the view from the terrace is amazing. As the last house in the village you feel as though you are really living on the mountain. Our young children loved the house and Emporios. We ate nearly every evening at the tiny but amazing taverna run by Triantafyllos’ brother, and only had a short walk home to bed once we were full of really good Greek village food. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to return another day.

We had a very pleasant experience in Livadia! Antonis was a very welcoming, friendly and uncomplicated host. His laidback attitude immeadiatley got us into a relaxed holiday mood. The Studio by the Sea is small, but clean and provided everything necessary. Livadia is close to the port, has nice bars and restaurants and was the perfect basecamp for exploring the island by bus/hiking. The biggest plus was of course that the sea is right in front of the studio! We would definitely visit again.

Our stay at Yiannis' was perfect all around! Communication with Yannis was great and Yannis gave numerous good tips for restaurants, beaches and activities. His mother, who takes care of everything on site, was very warm and provided us with delicious homemade desserts and kept the apartment sparkling clean. Location and surroundings pleasantly quiet and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation!

The place and the view are amazing and exactly like the photo’s. Dimitris is super kind and super friendly and was very helpful. We had a few really nice days. We were unlucky with a party/wedding in the area and motorbikes driving by the house, but we guess that could happen anywhere. Definitely recommend this special place on a walking distance from Zia

We had a great stay at Mourat's farm house. The views from the 2nd floor balcony were wonderful. We watched shooting stars each night from the balcony. The house itself was beautifully decorated and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped as well. Fans are supplied in each room but it can get warm upstairs. We were able to sleep fine but for those sensitive to heat at night, it may not be enough for you. This likely isn't an issue outside of the heat of the peak summer months. It is worth noting that there is a second unit that was rented out while we were there. It is very close to the main house so you can easily hear the people when they are outside. Since we needed to have the windows open given there is no A/C..we would hear them while we were going to sleep. Overall it was still a great stay but if you are looking for a secluded place, you will only find it if the other unit is not rented out during your stay. Lastly the restaurant next to the farm house was amazing!
