Apartment vacation rentals in Nisiros

Athina is a very friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Apartment has two balconies So you can admire the sunrise and the sunset. When we came to the apartment, it smelled fresh and there were things in the closet for the first breakfast. There was a bottle of water and Prosecco in the fridge. Thank you so much Athina, we had a nice time.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with many loving details. The furniture is tastefully selected, bright and friendly. Well-functioning air conditioning. George, the landlord's brother, was friendly and helpful in every way. We felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Spacious accommodation with luxurious pool and lots of pretty fruit trees on the edge of a nice village where you are among locals. Good tavernas, bakery and small supermarket nearby.

Super location! Just a 3-minute walk to the main beach, making it incredibly convenient. The host was super nice and welcoming, and the place was very cozy. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a fantastic place this is and couldn't fault anything about it. 5 mins walk to the beach/bars/shops/restaurants and has a great swimming pool with enough sunbeds for everyone and the sun shines on the balcony most of the day until it goes down in the evening. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to stay and I'd say you'd struggle to find anything better in Kardamena.

Andrea and his girlfriend are great hosts. Upon arrival, Andrea showed us the place and gave us an overview of Kos and some recommendations on what to visit. Check-in was super easy and straightforward. Upon arrival, water and juices were already on ice. The place was not occupied on the day of departure, so we were able to leave the place around 4 PM for a small fee. Located in the village of Mastichari. The beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and the bars and restaurants in the city center in a maximum of 10 minutes. The place was very clean. On the balcony you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The property does not have private parking in front of the door. Due to the narrow street, you have to park your car in the neighboring streets, but this was not a problem for us. Great place to stay, clear recommendation!

The room is not too big, ma cosy, the location is the best in the island. Far from the busy livadia, but not too far for a nice walk to the port, the restaurants and the shops. Maria has been a great host, putting a lot of care and passion in what she does. Always availble for advice or for whathever a guest can need.

It was a super nice place to stay with a really nice view of the sea from the balcony. The location is nice and quiet. By car, we perfectly reached surrounding beaches (Paradise Beach recommended). In the area we were always at extremely friendly restaurants. People are all very gracious and hospitable there. Absolutely recommended for this island and this accommodation:)

The house respected our wishes, it’s better than the photos, has everything you need and the area has different services such as bars, restaurants and shops. Nikolas was the perfect host, always responsive in within minutes. I recommend it

What a beautiful apartment situated right on the beach on Kos. The space is modern, newly built and very contemporary. Lots of natural light and the sea views from the apartment are even better than the pictures. It's well located with lots of good restaurants nearby that you can walk to. Waking up to the sound of the sea - its magic. Such an enjoyable stay and one of the best properties we have stayed at on this site. Highly recommended.

Apartment was very spacious and equipped. Location is perfect - with a car you are close to the beach and to the town, groceries and restaurants. Beautiful view from terrace on the old windmill and a sea. Kontessa is very friendly and helpfull.

Olympia is the perfect host! Super friendly, always responsive and with great tipps. She helped us to get a taxi, with local recommendations and whenever we needed something. The place has a even better view on the sea than on the fotos and is perfectly located directly at the beach. We enjoyed it very much and 100% recommend. Thank you Olympia!

Very good and convenient accommodation to stay next to Kos airport! We recommend.

We were at a peaceful part of the town where every thing was walkable shops, resturants etc. Views from the roof sun deck were stunningly beautiful. The kitchen was adequately equiped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sergio was very attentive and kind. The place has an incredible view of the volcano and the village is absolutely beautiful.

Betty is a great host, she & Mr Yiannis made sure that everything was made easy for our 4 night stay. We arrived after midnight and she was there to welcome us, provided us everything we needed during the stay, and even helped us after checkout to leave our luggage and wait at her sitting room. The apartment is exactly as it’s shown in the photos, and very well equipped. The only info that is not clear from the description is that the apartment is a semi-basement with a stairway that connects it with the main house where Betty and her husband live, ie not very soundproof. Though that didn’t stop us from having a great stay. Thank you Betty, we hope we are back soon.

We enjoyed our 4 nights at Giorgos' and his wife's place. It was very relaxing on the veranda, the views are truly spectacular. the place was so clean. we loved strolling around each day to find restaurants to eat in. end of October, things are starting to close but we were lucky to eat very well at Arga, Stefyros, Ficcus in Kefalos. lovely people working in the restaurants, friendly vibe. Giorgos' place has a very serene atmosphere. It is ideal for those who like animals - Spongo the dog is a real character and you will hear the rooster in the mornings. which we love! combined with the views and location, it's a real find. highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant experience in Livadia! Antonis was a very welcoming, friendly and uncomplicated host. His laidback attitude immeadiatley got us into a relaxed holiday mood. The Studio by the Sea is small, but clean and provided everything necessary. Livadia is close to the port, has nice bars and restaurants and was the perfect basecamp for exploring the island by bus/hiking. The biggest plus was of course that the sea is right in front of the studio! We would definitely visit again.
