Vacation rentals with beach access in Nisiros

Athina is a very friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Apartment has two balconies So you can admire the sunrise and the sunset. When we came to the apartment, it smelled fresh and there were things in the closet for the first breakfast. There was a bottle of water and Prosecco in the fridge. Thank you so much Athina, we had a nice time.

The apartment was exactly as described, located in a quiet village, the in-house tavern offers authentic Greek cuisine, highly recommended. Ideal for travellers who want to be accommodated off the tourist mile. Very happy to come back, thank you so much for the wonderful time in Kos :)

Super location! Just a 3-minute walk to the main beach, making it incredibly convenient. The host was super nice and welcoming, and the place was very cozy. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had a fabulous time at Uno Apartment on the beach in Tilos. Right on the beach. Just a few steps from our patio to our very own beach loungers. It was perfect. Beautiful bay for swimming and a choice of restaurants literally next door. The apartment is bigger than the photos suggested. Ample room for the two of us to spread out and with the patio table and chairs for eating along with loungers and easy chairs outside we were spoilt for choice. Angelos father Pantilos was in hand to greet us and service the apartment during our stay and generally chat! Washing machine facilities too which was really useful as we are in a 3 week trip. Kitchen was simple but adequate for breakfast prep and light meals. Will definitely be booking again! Thank you x

We loved our stay here. Aikaterini and Olympios were lovely hosts - very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They both really did everything to make our stay feel special. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and in a quiet street, but only a few minutes walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants.

Andrea and his girlfriend are great hosts. Upon arrival, Andrea showed us the place and gave us an overview of Kos and some recommendations on what to visit. Check-in was super easy and straightforward. Upon arrival, water and juices were already on ice. The place was not occupied on the day of departure, so we were able to leave the place around 4 PM for a small fee. Located in the village of Mastichari. The beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and the bars and restaurants in the city center in a maximum of 10 minutes. The place was very clean. On the balcony you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The property does not have private parking in front of the door. Due to the narrow street, you have to park your car in the neighboring streets, but this was not a problem for us. Great place to stay, clear recommendation!

The room is not too big, ma cosy, the location is the best in the island. Far from the busy livadia, but not too far for a nice walk to the port, the restaurants and the shops. Maria has been a great host, putting a lot of care and passion in what she does. Always availble for advice or for whathever a guest can need.

Excellent central location, convenient for restaurants. In particular enjoyed quiet and private courtyard. Very relaxing. Varied welcome food pack. Comfortable and spacious.

Everything was great. My stay at Nisuri Home was fantastic. It has an incredible terrace with nothing in front but the sea on the horizon. The location is perfect, the place itself is totally clean and very welcoming. The cottage also served as the perfect base for exploring the nearby out of this world active volcano and amazing beach of Pachia Ammos.

The place is at literally 2 min walk from the beach! It is very private, the house looks new and beautifully decorated and perfect for 2 couples or a family. The bedrooms are both very nice with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. The bathrooms are very comfortable. Washer is a good plus. The air conditioning works perfectly which is great in hot days. Lots of sunshine coming into the house which is beautiful. Very nice outside porch with sun beds. Plenty of parking space in the private area surrounding the house. We couldn’t be more happy about our choice! Dimitri was very responsive and accommodating for early check-in. I would highly recommend!

Betty's house is wonderful, as is Betty herself. The location right by the small beach, central yet very quiet. Great. The traditional family house is lovingly furnished. Due to the construction and the many windows you can ventilate it wonderfully and it stays nice and cool. Despite the heat wave, we only needed the air conditioning twice in 10 days. An oasis is also the back porch vin bougainvillien overgrown and perfect for breakfast and lunch. It has everything you need and the kitchen is also very well furnished. Anytime again!

Kalliope's place is located on the main street than runs through Mandraki main town. Spacious, comforting and located near all of the towns offerings. Kalliope will give you food reccomendations, suggestions for beaches and other local attractions like the island's volcano.

The studio is a quiet basic space next to the apartments also rented out, off the main road and situated almost as far down the island as you can get. It feels more villagey here near the fishing harbour of Kamari away from the more commercial strip of hotels and tavernas further north. We enjoyed peaceful breakfasts and eves on the balcony, watching the chickens& ate at nearby tavernas. Local groceries for basics. We hired a car to explore nearby sandy beaches but Kamari harbour beach looks fine as a small pebbly bay if you want to stay put. Accommodation was clean& basic with sheets kindly changed at midpoint of our stay. My son slept in a single bed in kitchen which was hotter & harder to cool down than the double room. Overall this was a peaceful fairly low budget stay in a good area for quieter beaches in south west Kos.

A lovely house in a quiet location, yet everything within walking distance, restaurants, supermarket, beach. We stayed here for the second time and feel very comfortable in the house.

Great experience at Einalia! The tranquility of the place and the availability and kindness of the owners are the best things. Furthermore the accomodation was very clean and with all the necessary forniture. I really recommend it. Thanks again !

We were very happy with the apartment.

Wow! What a welcome. We requested an early check in which was agreed immediately and we arrived to find Akis waiting for us. The fridge had been filled with water, juice, bread, cheese & meats and there was coffee and tea and much more provided. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. Both spacious double bedrooms had quiet, efficient air conditioning units and a furnished balcony. The apartment is situated just behind the rather pricey Ikos resort. Kastri Island could be viewed from the balcony and the beach is a short 600m stroll away and next to some beautiful old church ruins, great for photos. There’s an abundance of great restaurants and bars within easy reach but the apartment is really peaceful. We were also allowed to use the pool in the apartments opposite which was a real bonus! We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay there again without hesitation.

The studio is clean, the beds are good, it has a fantastic location at the beach. Very good communication with the host 👍

We had a great stay at the beautiful apartment. Our 2 kids enjoyed the space and the beach and everything else we need being so close. The view is definitely amazing and you really hear nothing but the waves. Can only recommend to stay here!

Constantinos is a great host and such a good apartment. Great location just 2 minute walk from the beach and the restaurants and bars but still nice and quiet at night time the best of both worlds. All the supplies and essentials you need inside the apartment also. I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back.
