Vacation rentals with beach access in Kos

Lovely peaceful and clean house with an increadiable sea view. The mini pool was our teen daughter’s favorite, she enjoyed a lot. We really loved and enjoyed the house. We went the island by our car so it was very easy to reach the house and discover all the beaches of the island. Otherwise it can be a bit difficult to walk the house on the top ıf you’re a bit lazy on holidays like us. But there is always solutions like taxis, rented cars and motorbikes.

Walking distance to the beach, but in a quite location. Restaurants & supermarkets near by. Louise is a great host and very helpful, I will return and stay here again.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Perched atop the headland, you have 360 degree views of the beach and mountains. It’s the sort of place I stare up at from the ground and always thought how lucky those people must be to stay there. Here’s your opportunity! Charitomeni was also incredibly kind and accommodating. If you’re on the fence, book it!

Irene is a wonderful host. Great recommendations, organised our slghtly complicated transfers seamlessly.... just perfect. The apartment was well-located close to some excellent restaurants nearby. The steps down to the bbbeach were a bit of a slog for a couple of oldies like us bu t the spectacular view more than compensated A great stay

Very nice and beautiful accommodation, small but very nice with wonderful and soothing views of the sea, the boats and Kalymnos. Sun on the balcony from morning until about 4:30 now in October. Change of towels often. Breakfast with bread, butter, yogurt, marmalade, cheese, ham, juice and banana was in the fridge every day. Very kind and friendly hosts. We would love to return, both to nice Aphrodite and to little Telendos with its cozy restaurants.

Clean and quiet, very close to the beach

Kalliopi's place is absolutely superb. Facing the sea, with a beautiful large terrace with a wonderful view of Telendos. The accommodation is in a very good location, right next to a small market. Kalliopi was lovely with us both when we arrived and when we left. There are delicious restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches, hiking and of course beautiful climbing areas. Listing is as described. We were lucky to have the company of two absolutely adorable cats (a small white and a red) during the stay to which we became strongly attached, I hope you will have the opportunity to meet them as well. We'll be back without a second thought. Thank you Kalliopi.

Very well located accommodation, facing the sea. Private beach included with the offer of the accommodation. Perfect host welcome, and quick support when needed. Outside of the price can be a little high for the area, great place to stay! For a causal trip with his partner, I recommend it!

The house of Ilias is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. There were extra toys for our young children. The kitchen is well equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only downside, the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we should come back to Kos.

We recommend staying at this apartment. Our experience was perfect, we found a very clean and tidy apartment. We also thank the family for their availability and hospitality.

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location. Great experience. It felt like a luxury hotel suite experience in each of the different areas created in its own home, peace, huge garden. The host made the start and last best for us with an excellent warm welcome and incredibly flexible time when we left. Not only the house but also the surrounding factors are in incredible harmony and beauty. Maybe the school right next door might bother you if you're going on a weekend vacation but there was an invisible sound wall for me. The house's own magic is enough to suppress all this sound. Not a sound you'll have a problem with. If I had a 2nd vacation plan in Kos, I would still prefer the same house.

The apartment was more than we could have expected! Beautiful beach side location with a clean, modern and comfortable interior. Everything you could need was provided. Dionysia was at hand to answer questions and give recommendations. We had an amazing time and would recommend it to anyone. We hired a car but it would be easy enough to get around. 5 stars

The location of this apartment was great, a 2 min stroll to the beach then a 10-15 min walk to the Town / harbour there is shops within a few minutes walk a lovely restaurant across the road.

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

Very nice, the house included everything we wanted, the location was close to different points of interest, the host was very hospitablr and provided us with different recommendations about local places.

This is the second time our family has stayed at Eleonora’s place. We love the location, which is in the central part of Massouri with easy access to the shops and restaurants but elevated enough from the main street that it is quiet and peaceful. The layout of the home is nice, with plenty of room in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. The beds are firm, which is pretty standard in Kalymnos. The outside veranda is spacious, wonderful to drink your coffee and eat meals. The views of the sea are lovely. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

This place is truly special—tucked away with direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach that feels like your own little paradise. We were lucky that the apartment above was vacant during our stay, so we also got to enjoy the much larger terrace, which was a fantastic bonus! Maja is an incredibly kind, responsive, and generous host who made sure we had everything we needed. We spent a week here working remotely as a duo, and aside from a couple of brief WiFi hiccups, the connection held up well for video calls. Thanks again, Maja, for being so thoughtful and making our stay so smooth!

We had a beautiful stay. The apartment was absolutely spotless & a really lovely space to feel at home. Really lovely apartment and absolute ideal location so close to the town and nearby restaurants. Ioannis was a great host and very responsive to our messages. He was very helpful and friendly. This place exceeded our expectations. The apartment had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. The location - next to beach with incredible views of the sea & Telendos Island. Had stairs next to it that went right down to the sand. Everything is walking distance - restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, climbing supplies, scooter rentals. Vasilia, the host, is extremely helpful & responsive.

We stayed at Koralli studios for 2 weeks. It was everything we hoped it could be. Nikki was very helpful with everything from booking us a cab from the airport, to offering to help with the ferry schedule. The studio is simple and had eeverything we needed. It's steps away from one of the main beaches and very close to great rrestaurants. The studio was professionally cleaned 3 days a week. We were so thankful to stay at Nikki's place. She was a great host!

We had a great stay at the beautiful apartment. Our 2 kids enjoyed the space and the beach and everything else we need being so close. The view is definitely amazing and you really hear nothing but the waves. Can only recommend to stay here!

Excellent studio where we had a great stay, the port and all the activities are nearby and our host recommended two exceptional restaurants. That 's a great place to stay in Kos.

Beatrice & Dennis were so welcoming and really went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. They picked us up from the port and dropped us off at the end, prepared a delicious meal for us on our first day, and cleaned the apartment half way through our stay. I'd definitely stay again!
