Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kos

Pristine Villa - beautiful interior and exterior, luxurious feel, beautifully designed and maintained. Thoughtful gifts on arrival - the villa came with 2 bikes which were so useful and a great way to get to the beach and beyond. Aphrodite was great at giving restaurant recommendations, but equally respected our privacy - she really was the perfect host - highly recommend

Amazing place to stay in Kos! The rooftop is amazing with views to die for and private sun loungers and jacuzzi (not warm but perfect to cool down in the heat). The place is super private and you can walk to Zia (up a very steep hill!) but also take your car too. The host is great, sends regular messages and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thankyou for a great stay and if we ever return to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Airbnb, the location was steps away from the beach/restaurants/bar, the apartment was exceptionally clean and the host was very helpful and flexible with all our needs. Would highly recommend this Apartment and the roof terrace with Jacuzzi was the perfect place to relax. Thank you so much for looking after us.

Eva is a true sweetheart. I was welcomed very warmly. It was already dark when I arrived and she saw me coming and came to the car to show me the parking space for my holiday home. Then she showed me the whole place and we set up the jacuzzi that I used right away. She was always very friendly when I had questions and very quick to respond and looks after this place with love. Swimming pool was always avalaible. The appartement was very nice and with a lot of little details that make a stay more comfortable. F.ex. there were really enough towels for shower and pool, there was a hair dryer with even a thing for curls, the kitchen was well equipped. There was even salt, pepper and tea and coffee,a coffee machine, waffles machine, a water boiler, a water filter and a thing to make orange juice. It was very clean and quiet (well that depends on the other guests too but I was really lucky in the fore season). There are good tips for what you can do. Check out the olive oil factory nearby

We had a pleasant stay in the house. The view and garden are superb, the hot tub is a real plus to enjoy the sunset… The island area where the house is located is one of the prettiest and makes it easy to radiate from all sides. Only point of vigilance, there is only one closed bedroom, the other 2 are in fact alcoves: one on the mezzanine and the other in the living room on the model of traditional Greek houses.

Everything as described. Amazing view and pool. Was everything we were looking for and cannot appreciate Jen more on helping us going out of her way with ordering food, taxis and everything local because of the language barrier. The power did go off a few times but they were always responsive to fix!

Just come back from a week in Kos. The villa was just like the pictures so very pleased. Niko was a fantastic host throughout and easy to reach. The villa is private, peaceful and in a great location. Easy enough to walk to the local town, buses easily accessible to Kos town and Zia (which is a must) is not far. Highly recommend this villa and would stay again!

Beautiful villa in a good and quiet location with great and wide views over the sea to Turkey. Beautiful terrace with large swimming pool, plenty of good quality loungers, a lounge area, whirlpool,... Very accommodating, always available hosts with warm service by Maria. We felt very comfortable!

Our stay at La Boheme Ashram was fantastic! It was a last minute booking for us (<8 hours) and Soli made sure that everything was taken care of despite being half way around the world! He was extremely attentive during our stay, and the villa was exactly what we were looking for near Yalikavak. Soli's place is a perfect choice if you're looking to combine privacy and luxury. A++

We stayed with two families at Ms. Gülşen's house for 10 days. We had an experience that exceeded our expectations. The location of the house, the amenities offered in every sense of the item capacity were amazing. The smiling face and beautiful heart of Ms. Dilek, who helped us with everything, made the process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Hosts immediately took care of any issues that may occur. We're already making plans for the next years and can't wait. We never wanted it to end and it tasted in our palate. We had a super 10 days that we were satisfied with every moment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and recommend.

We had an amazing stay at the apartment in Kos! The apartment was luxurious and beautifully decorated, with a tasteful interior that made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The jacuzzi was a fantastic highlight, offering the perfect way to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Stelinos was a wonderful host - very helpful and friendly, always available to assist with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. We had a lovely stay at Erkan's place. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the place was very user friendly and the house was spacious for our family needs. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk into the town centre where there was lots to do and see. Erkan was a great host, very helpful and responsive when we needed anything.
