Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nisiros

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

Our stay at Yiannis' was perfect all around! Communication with Yannis was great and Yannis gave numerous good tips for restaurants, beaches and activities. His mother, who takes care of everything on site, was very warm and provided us with delicious homemade desserts and kept the apartment sparkling clean. Location and surroundings pleasantly quiet and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation!

The house respected our wishes, it’s better than the photos, has everything you need and the area has different services such as bars, restaurants and shops. Nikolas was the perfect host, always responsive in within minutes. I recommend it

Excellent stay at Yiannis' in Kamari, very close to the port and the pretty beach, but at the same time in the countryside, in an authentic setting, far from the large tourist complexes that unfortunately disfigure the bay of Kefalos. Everything is modern, but at the same time faithful to the welcoming spirit of traditional Greece. This harmony is due to the personality of Yiannis's mother, who offered us figs on arrival or wonderful cakes, still warm. The cats, the flowers, and even the rooster's crow, will remain in our memory, with meals under the veranda. Thank you!

Perfect stay! Lovely views and spacious studio. I had to do some remote work and the balcony was perfect: the breeze the view and and the good fast WiFi made my work easy. I will comeback for sure

Alexis studio is an amazing place, we had such a lovely stay! The accommodation is great and has everything you need, the view is spectacular and, while walking distance from restaurants and shops, it's tucked away in a very quiet area, making it very relaxing. The recommendations we got from Yiannis were perfect, we went to most beaches and restaurants he suggested and were super happy with our experiences, and I was very happy to not have to do any research myself :) His mum is super sweet and bakes the most amazing Greek pastries, she was a delight to see every morning. Overall an amazing experience, thank you Yiannis!

we had the most perfect time at Nancy's place! the apartment is located directly at the beach and with Mastihari town only a few minutes walk away. it was so clean and so cosy, I felt right at home. I really enjoyed the company of Brad (the dog) and all the cats, they were all so loving and sweet. Nancy was a great host, we really enjoyed our conversations with her and she and her family were very helpful. I would book this place time and time again. 10/10, can only recommend

Amazing property - feel like living in the palace of a little village

Fofi, you’re the most amazing host. You’re helpful, kind, thoughtful, accommodating & just wonderful. You ensure that all your guests are comfortable, happy & satisfied. You can tell how much you care about AnamneZia & it reflects on the lovely suites. The suites decor is high end. The pool & area are so well maintained & cared for by Fofi and her husband. I came with my son (age 9) & husband. My son slept on the sofa bed, which is a proper bed with a comfortable mattress. The beds are comfortable, kitchen area well stocked. On arrival we had a bottle of wine, water & fruit for us. We arrived at night, we were a little unsure about the ‘road’ to the villa, but trust the map link. You need a little hire car to get around. Head towards Zia, we had lovely meals at Olympia. They are kind, not expensive & friendly. Roots was nice, more expensive but the setting is lovely. Paxos Grilled in Marmari is very reasonable with good food. Lidl is not far if you need to shop.

The place is super nice! Very clean, modern and great furnished apartment, exactly our taste. The amenities were sufficient for the stay. During the stay, the apartment was cleaned once, towels and duvet covers changed. A car is recommended to reach the property and the surrounding villages. We were lucky enough to meet Fofi. A very warm and accommodating hostess who responds super quickly to concerns :) We would come back any time and had a great vacation.

Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful environment with fantastic views, walking distance from Zia. Located in the center of Kos island. Enjoyed every minute of it!
