Mini-Studio im grünen Herzen Kölns/zentral gelegen

Bei unserer Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein wunderschönes 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit einem bodengleichen Duschbad. Das Apartment wurde im Januar/Februar 2020 komplett saniert und renoviert. Es befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Einfamilienhauses und ist über unseren Garten zugänglich mit einem eigenen Eingang. Es verfügt über ein gemütliches Boxspringbett, eine Sitz-/Arbeitsmöglichkeit, WLAN, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Teekocher, Kaffeemaschine sowie eine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Eingang.

charmantes Apartment: hell, ruhig, zentral

Wir vermieten ein frisch renoviertes Apartment mit Süd-Balkon, angrenzend an unsere eigene Wohnung. Das helle Apartment verfügt über eine Pentry-Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Spüle. Es liegt sehr zentral - aber ruhig - im Herzen von Nippes. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Wochenmarkt, nette Cafés, Restaurants und Spielplätze sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit der Straßenbahn fährt man etwa zehn Minuten zum HBF, auch die Messe ist gut zu erreichen. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses, nur 300m vom Rhein entfernt. Du hast hier alles, was du brauchst: ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit ein paar Pflanzen, eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche und einen ruhigen Balkon. In der Nähe gibt es nette Cafés, Restaurants und Bars und der Grüngürtel ist auch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist super – du bist schnell überall in der Stadt, z.B. HBF / Messe-Deutz.
