Beautiful small apartment with private access, small garden terrace and conservatory. Very close to subway lines, park, flora/zoo and Rhine. Located in a lively Cologne neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. The Cologne trade fair can be reached by subway/S-Bahn in about 25 minutes. In Cologne, private travelers must pay a cultural promotion levy of 5% of the overnight price. This amount will be deducted directly at the time of booking.

If you are staying in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. Bus and train connections are within walking distance in a few minutes. Within 100 meters there are supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi. 2 gas stations and a McDonald's. It is located on a busy road, with peak times of increased noise from cars & trucks, but the property is equipped with triple glazed windows, but still not much noise

Enjoy a stylish stay in my perfectly located apartment in beautiful Nippes. Nippes is a popular district of Cologne with countless shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity, as well as the subway stop Florastraße less than 100 meters away. The apartment is located in a house from the 30s and has recently been extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I'm not there.

Mini-studio in the green heart of Cologne/centrally located

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.
