The apartment is located on a quiet residential street on the first floor of an old building from the nineteenth century. In the front yard - right in front of the apartment - there is also a small terrace with two garden chairs and a small table for exclusive use.

Enjoy a stylish stay in my perfectly located apartment in beautiful Nippes. Nippes is a popular district of Cologne with countless shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity, as well as the subway stop Florastraße less than 100 meters away. The apartment is located in a house from the 30s and has recently been extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I'm not there.

It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.
