Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Nippes

I stayed for one month in LaMott’s appartement. It’s a gem in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is great, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Many supermarkets are by walking distance. It’s easy to reach from/to the main station, the airport and the old town with good connexions by public transport less than 100m from the door. The fifth floor provides an amazing view on the nearby church and there is every night a great sundown. Do not stop at the fact that there is no elevator, it’s easily doable and the view is totally worth it. The windows from both sides of the apartment can be opened which offers fresh air all over. I particularly appreciated the fact that there are basics ingredients in the kitchen and enough kitchenware to cook at home. It is indeed small but super cosy and the building is quiet. The apartment fits the description and has everything that is listed in the ad. It was perfect for a long stay, and would be also for a short stay !

We felt very comfortable in the very nice old building apartment.

The house is great value for money and quite spacious, but it's a pity that it's located in the basement. The kitchen at the entrance is a bit damp, and the small bedroom is simply decorated. Everything else is pretty good.The house and yard are tidy.

Jens is a fantastic host! Great place and his attention to his guests needs was second to now. Some nice art and touches too!

Great breakfast, spacious and bright.Some of the amenities in the photos are in the hotel building, the room is on the 2nd floor of the apartment, with an elevator.

Those who want to distance themselves from the city and enjoy their evening will find a little paradise in this apartment. For an apartment in an apartment building, this apartment is one of the best addresses in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. Although I was only there for one night for work, I felt absolutely welcome and at home from the start. I travel a lot for work and therefore know numerous BnBs! This apartment is really a little oasis and an absolute recommendation! Okay. The underground parking was not so easy to find at first, because the whole residential complex is a bit winding. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the 3rd floor. None of that matters once you unlock the door. I was very satisfied, also with the entire communication. For me, this apartment is an absolute favorite. I'll be back!

Nathalie's place is stylish, airy, comfortable and with relaxing outside space. The location is around 30 mins from the centre of Koln both by taxi and tram, with the stop a short walk away. Great host communication from booking to departure and prompt response when we needed something extrea. Would recommend.

We spent two lovely weeks at Radek's apartment. In the beginning, Radek showed us around and explained everything in person. There is a lot to see in the neighboring towns, and then you can rest well in the apartment. Very good value for money, gladly recommend.

Onita was friendly and welcoming. She checked in with me after my arrival. I actually got to know her better just before I left and she even helped me with transport to the train station on my departure.

The visit to Düsseldorf was a complete success. And the house + host contributed a very large part to it. There were 4 of us traveling and we all felt right at home. The quiet location is particularly noteworthy. Christian is a dream of a good host, we lacked nothing. 5/5 stars, happy to come back.

We had a great week, the house has everything you need, the hosts are very nice and respond fast to any questions one might have. We will gladly come back.

A really nice house, stylish, elegant, well-maintained and very clean, the tasteful furnishings including the high-quality furnishings should also be emphasized. The sauna area invites you to relax and a bath in the hot tub at sunset is fantastically beautiful. Communicating with hosts is quick and easy. We will be happy to come back! ☀️

A super lovingly designed place with warm hosts. There was nothing missing and I felt right at home. Michaela and her husband were very friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I am very grateful that I found this beautiful place and look forward to being able to use the great roof terrace when I hopefully come back in the summer. Only the nearby train line took a little getting used to for me.

Very nice place - just like the pictures with lots of space, nicely designed, big garden & a parc across the street. Extremely nice to stay with kids, we felt right at home. The communication was flawless, super helpful and flexible. We will definitely try to stay again & can only recommend it. The area is also fun and two different metro stops are in walking distance. This is one of the best AirBnB we have stayed in. It's a beautiful house, very spacious, bright and airy. We were very comfortable, almost like being at home. The stay was with our team members and they loved it as well. Loved the fact that there were exercise equipment indoors as well as the swings in the garden allowed me to do my daily exercises. The office and work spaces meant members could do their work in their rooms with privacy if wished. The open plan layout suited us too as we could gather for meals, chats and discussions.

I checked in late after a day of travelling, and left early the following morning. Check-in was easy, and the room was clean and exactly as described and in a nice residential area near the airport. Would definitely book again.
