Beautiful apartment. Very clean. Everything you need to feel comfortable is available. Spacious rooms. More than enough space for 4 adults. Very lovingly furnished with lots of little details, but without unnecessary stuff. Very nice hosts, perfect check-in and always immediately available. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Family of 4, Stayed 3 nights. Great for kids. Pull out couch was comfortable for 1 person. The loft is great for kids, not so much for adults as the ceiling is low. It is open to the main bedroom so not private. Grocery store is just a short walk down the street. Walkable to downtown, but up hill on your way back!

The place was spotlessly perfect with all the facilities, the room and living room kitchen both had enough space, and it had everything we needed perfectly. The garden is also spacious and even has a small garden connected to the kitchen. Most importantly, the host responds quickly and cheerfully, and answers questions clearly.

The stay was all around perfect! The place was exactly as described – it was very clean, cozily furnished and well equipped. The location was quiet, yet central, so you could reach everything quickly. I was there with my family and little daughter, and even a crib was there, which we greatly appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable and wide, perfect for restful nights. The host was super friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! We spent a few days at Sofia's farm during the (Lower Saxony) Easter holidays and felt super comfortable. Sofia greeted us personally and showed us the beautiful apartment. We were able to get fresh eggs from the chickens running around the farmyard outdoors as well as very delicious apple juice from local orchards from the nearby area of Lenggries. The apartment is housed in an outbuilding on the property, so you can have a very private vacation but, if necessary and at your own request, you can also be involved in the farm life with its residents (Sofia's family with adult daughters and very friendly husband) and have nice contact with interesting conversations. We sat on the beautiful balcony every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby Alps (it was already very warm in Bavaria during our stay before Easter). Thank you, Sofia, we will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice stay. The accessibility by car and by ski bus of the ski resort Schlick 2000 is great. Communication with the host was very relaxed and helpful. Thank you - it was very nice

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. I was alone in this huge house. But I counted the beds and they match the information. Also nicely divided for 9 guests. However, in my opinion, "Tim" is not a person, but a synonym. The house is professionally managed by an administration. I'm sure I didn't communicate with any Tim. There was no telephone contact. Was not necessary, I got all the information here, the rest was self-explanatory. I was definitely satisfied, even if the terraced house is not quite like the photos. So, 80s style but ok and clean in a quiet settlement and definitely worth the money. Best regards

Thank you, Nina! This was one of the best stays, we immediately felt like home. The apartment was super clean and modern. It was light and kitchen had anything, along with Nespresso machine. The building was super tradicional from outside, but really modern on the inside, with a lot of cute touches. You could feel Nina hosts with heart :-). She was super helpful and kind, we had a really good feeling after meeting her. We would love to come back anytime. Such a nice stay, that it made our winter holiday in Kaprun ever better!

Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really didn't miss anything. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all we had a few very nice days. Thanks to Daniela !

Andrea and her husband were great hosts. We immediately felt welcome and experienced a thoroughly Bavarian New Year's Eve.

The apartment is very nice and located on the top floor in the attic. The house is spacious and very clean and can easily accommodate four or more guests. Communication with the host despite the holidays was all in all simple. The village of Chieming does not offer particular activities or places of interest, so keep in mind that to visit the beautiful surrounding areas you will definitely need a car.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

We would like to find other words than the positive reviews already given, because...it was just beautiful, exactly as described and just so lovingly furnished and decorated and cozy. It is immediately apparent when you see Bettina what a loving, warm person Bettina is - and Andy certainly too - had only communicated a little more with Bettina. :) Starting point for soooo many beautiful excursions. We were there over Christmas and she gave us a Christmas bouquet and a Christmas bag/gift. Soooo sweet. Thank you for everything. Anyone who has something to complain about here is beyond help. All our love with all our hearts.
