Condo vacation rentals in Niceville

The condo was exquisite. You could tell that it was recently renovated. The view of the Choctawhatchee Bay was magnificent.

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

Jamie's place was lovely with an amazing view. Nice extra touches including extra toilettes and coffee. Comfortable beds and shared areas. The location was perfect for us; easy drive to Destin and near good restaurants and shopping. Thank you!

Perfect for my daughter and I for a relaxing week. Easy drive to Destin and great if you want a peaceful place. We stayed 5 nights and I think we saw 3 people the whole time there! Never heard anyone. Had a nice dinner at PB & J’s in Niceville. Oh…and this Airbnb had great pillows!

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

Great place near lots of restaurants. Our host was excellent. If you need a place to stay in Niceville, this is a great option!

How has great communication and the location was perfect. Easy to access with a lot of walkable places and super close to Grand Boulevard.

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! We will definitely be back! Thank you Yana! The Conerly Crew thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The unit matched what the listing displayed. This unit was private, backs up to a pond with lighted fountains, and has secured entrance for both the unit and the community. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and great restaurants. Responsive host as well. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

Had an absolutely amazing stay! Apartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with any kitchen tool needed. Central AC worked great as well as the air purifier (which was really appreciated as someone with allergies). We also had a blast at the pool and the beach within walking distance! Already planning a trip back next year!

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at Clint's condo. It was clean and comfortable, just as described The pool was perfect and the location of the condo was great. Easy to walk or drive anywhere. Clint was so attentive to our needs and checked on us to make sure everything was fine.

Great place to stay! Very clean, close to everything you need. Quick trip to Destin as well. Will definitely be returning soon.

Mitzi’s place was absolutely wonderful! Such great views of the property and the gulf from her unit. The condo was both beautiful and comfy at the same time! So enjoyed my stay at her place and will plan to stay there again in the future!

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was clean and well appointed with every utensil, pot/pan, baking dish, bowl etc. you could possibly need to cook your own meals onsite. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, linens, etc. and even a pack and play. The internet was fast. Ashley provided a closet with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, floaties, coolers, and sand toys for the kids. I loved the easy access to the beach and the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The resort had luggage and shopping carts for ease of hauling luggage and groceries to your unit. My only practical advice is the two flip chairs that turn into single beds would not be comfortable for adults. Our 12 year old son didn't like the flip chair as a bed, so he comfortably slept on the couch. Host had great communication and was very friendly. You can't go wrong renting here, just not on the days I want to come back, please! LOL!

We had a great girls trip here, beach access and tiki bar service on the beach made this so easy and fun!

This bnb was prefect for our Fort Walton vacation! It was clean, comfortable, and had a GORGEOUS view! 10/10 would recommend staying here! Nothing beats having breakfast on the balcony listening to the waves crash!

Perry’s place was perfect for our girls trip! Plenty of space for all of our things, comfy beds, huge tv, and an ice maker! The view from the balcony was beautiful and easy to relax and watch the boats float by. The pool was amazing and never crowded. And the location is close to several beaches, restaurants, and activities. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us!
