Great place will definitely stay here again. The balcony was amazing. We ate practically every meal out there. also short walk to the beach condo was loaded directly on the beach, which was awesome with kids.

Perfect for a couple who is looking to get away. A ton of things to do in this area. The best thing was how close the ocean was! Staff were great and easy to work with. Bob is a great host and takes care of you!

My wife and I went for our baby moon, and it was a great trip! The beach access is across the street, so it’s very close. We were able to walk to restaurants, to get ice cream, to shop. Everything you need is in walking distance.

Beautiful condo, first class all the way. Beautiful view of the Bay, Dunes and the Gulf. Spectacular unique view. It was sparkling clean! Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. This was our second stay. We will definitely be back again! 😃

For a long weekend getaway this was the perfect place. Very cute decor and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Short walk to the beach, pool and restaurant. Host provided tons of restaurant recommendations and was very friendly. We had a great time!

This place had everything we were looking for! We were in Destin for my husband's conference and decided to skip the beachfront hotel to make it easier with our 13 month old daughter. We didn't want to sacrifice the beachfront and did not have to! Not only was Greg and Stacy's condo a great unit, it had an amazing patio view of the ocean and a 5 min walk to the resort's private beach (oceanside, not gulf side!). We could not have been happier with the quiet location and ease of access to the beach and pool. As far as the unit itself, it was the little things that stood out to me. Night lights throughout, an ice maker in the freezer, garbage disposal, and plenty of starter items provided such as paper towels. These things really add up when you're missing them in other places! Kitchen was well stocked, and we put their kids amenities such as the kids dishes and high chair to good use. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here to anyone! About 5-10 min walk to beach or a 1 min drive (some limited public parking by the public beach accesses, but we found parking every day)! The kitchen was very well stocked. There were 2 wagons to bring to the beach along with chairs, and plenty of other things for the beach! Our pup loved the backyard and the neighborhood for walks. The place was very clean! Paul was very easy to communicate with as well. We enjoyed our stay!!

This was our families first time staying in an Airbnb and this Airbnb is going to be hard to top! The place was very family friendly, had everything we needed and the golf cart was AMAZING. It's going to be hard to top this experience!

We had the best Spring Break at Happy Mermaid. Dino was super responsive, and all info was perfect. The proximity to the community pool was great, and our kids could easily go back and forth from the house. The walk to the beach was fairly easy, and the public access had bathrooms, which was great. We easily walked or drove to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. The community was lovely and well-kept, and the house backing up to the pond area was so peaceful. The house itself had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We’ve been visiting this area for 40 years, and highly recommend this home and location!

It's in walking distance of the beach and it has beautiful views of the Bay. This was our second time here and we definitely plan on coming back.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

Great host and great place. Early check in offered without even asking, house was in a fantastic location- easy walk to the beach and close enough to make as many trips back and forth as needed, very clean house, plenty of space. Overall extremely satisfied! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future.

This is our third year staying at Maria’s place. The first two years we stayed in her two-bedroom home, and this year we enjoyed the extra space of her three-bedroom property. The location is fantastic, and as always, Maria was very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to returning!

this was exactly what we needed for our memorial day weekend! we fit 8 adults and 2 small children in here comfortably, and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely! my mom has mobility issues, so the accessibility throughout (inside and out) was spectacular. the amenities that were provided gave my family plenty of opportunities to do whatever they felt like doing in any given moment—whether it was relaxing on the patio or at the pool, walking directly down to the beach, or resting inside the beautiful condo for a quiet moment or two. thank you, kevin, for the wonderful experience! it was seamless from start to finish. i would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved staying here! Everything was as described and the host was very responsive with any questions I had. We cooked majority of our meals during our stay and the kitchen was very well stocked and we had anything we needed. We hope to stay here again next year!

My family and I enjoyed ourselves. We spent hours at the beach and visited the local amusement park. It was a very short walk to the beach, it was nice not having to pack food and water! The area was very quiet and peaceful at night. I enjoyed a few walks. Oh and the pool temperature was great! Richard also recommended local places to eat, but we had so much fun relaxing, and playing games in the sand, that we ate groceries and ordered takeout out. Oh and check out the Harborwalk too. We spent a day there riding jet skis and parasailing! Fun times! I’d stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! Very clean and responsive host! There was a couple things that need corrected but Chris is on it! The hand soaps were extremely watered down to where there was barely any soap in it but the container was filled to the top so it felt like you needed to use have the container to wash your hands. I let the host know and he is talking to the cleaners to correct that issue. The other thing was that the toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken so it moved sideways when you sat down. Aside from that our stay was perfect and home was clean!

The photos don’t do this place justice! It is much bigger than we expected. Very nice place and close to a lot of things. Would recommend!

Amazing stay! We went down for a week with our 3y and 1y kiddos and it was truly the best vacation that we have ever had! Anita was so responsive and proactive, and the place felt like home with all of the personal touches. The area is top notch, and we had so much fun. We will absolutely be going back, and can’t wait to book this place again!

Great stay--the condo was easy to find, easy to get in, instructions were clear. It has a nice view of the ocean from the balcony and it was an easy walk to the venue of an event we were attending. Thanks!
