Vacation rentals with a patio in Newquay

This was my first Air B&B stay and I can honestly say it was lovely. Very peaceful with friendly neighbors. The accommodation felt like a home away from home. The host has put so much attention to detail to ensure we had everything needed. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Lesley x

Lovely apartment, in the perfect location for walking distance to the beach/ shops & restaurants! Perfect size for 2 of us with our 3 month old baby. The host were great at accommodating for us to check in early with no issues, definitely recommend for a stay in Cornwall ☺️

Emma’s studio is our favourite air bnb we have ever stayed in. The decking has the most beautiful view and the property is well decorated. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour. We came here for our first holiday with our 6 month old, and it was such a great choice. There was plenty of space for a travel cot and having the washing machine was really helpful. We usually can’t wait to get out and explore the local area, however on this trip we didn’t want to leave. And are planning to return as it was the best value, and the perfect location to relax and take in the beautiful view.

This is a well-designed oasis in Clare's lovely garden. Accessible by bus and trains and close to the town centre, harbour and beaches. Clare was a super responsive host and gave excellent local recommendations.

We had a wonderful weeks stay for our honeymoon in this lovely and peaceful place that felt just like being at home. Cara was fantastic and really helpful and communicative - completely understanding and accommodating when we found out we’d be bringing our newborn along with us too! Location is beautiful and just as described with lots of lovely places to visit whilst staying. Just the perfect stay. Thank you!

Kerry and Chris were always responsive and helpful. Their place is one of the larger units I’ve stayed in and has plenty of space for a couple family. Good outside area and plenty of parking. Would book again

It's hard to put it into words how special this apartment is. Alicia was a fantastic host and very responsive both before and during our holiday. The sunsets were stunning and everything you needed was in the apartment. Crantock was only a 10 minute walk away and the village itself has 2 great pubs and a little cafe/takeaway too. It isn't a negative and definitely wouldn't put us off but when all apartments are full parking was a bit tricky (we have a 4x4) , the hosts were great and very clear but you are relying on other guests parking correctly. We most definitely return, it was by far the best holiday we have had in Cornwall and perfect for our 2 young boys!

Great flat with sea views and secure parking. Easy to walk to restaurants, with great bakery and supermarket nearby. Accessible via lift from parking space which was important to us (limited mobility).

What a wonderful place! Everything was fresh and clean, the view from the house is outstanding. Lucy was very helpful and her recommendations were fantastic. Loved every minute! Big thanks!

This property was amazing, exactly as described, very well equipped, spotless and beautiful inside. Very spacious, with 6 adults and a dog and great having the living space upstairs with lovely balcony to watch the sun go down. The bedrooms were a great size, beds huge and super comfy and great having 2 showers and 4 toilets. Couldn’t fault it. Location great, only 10 min walk into centre. We had a lovely week and would definately recommend this property.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

A one of a kind property in a serene area of the Pentire Headlands. An absolute gem, we loved our stay there with our 13 Month old and John was a wonderful host and very quick as responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend, we will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Leah's place. We are a family of 3 (2 adults and our 5 year old son). The location was great just a few minutes drive to Newquay and surrounding attractions. The house was was spotless and we loved the decor especially the living room/sun room. Leah was a very responsive host and got back to me promptly with any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Newquay. I would highly recommend Leah's place for anyone looking to stay in the Newquay area. Thanks so much for having us.

We can't thank Charlie, Tim and the girls enough for a fabulous holiday with our 5 year old grandson. Apart from the lovely house, beautifully presented, there were some completely unexpected personal touches which made us feel right at home. We knew we would be staying in a family home and it suited us down to the ground. We had all we needed and more in terms of the home and location but the real bonus was feeling as though our hugely empathetic hosts were there in person looking after us. Heartfelt thanks to the Seyfert family.

If you’re looking for a touch of luxury, in a peaceful beach location, with everything you could possibly need, look no further! This place e is brand new, looks even better than the pictures. It had every single thing you could possibly need and more. Even the welcome gifts were amazing. The view is stunning, and we had perfect weather. The hot tub is massive. The location is a quiet dead end just a 5 minute walk from an excellent Tapas restaurant, a pub and the beach. Celebrated my 50th here with family and it was just brilliant. I’ve already recommended to all my friends.

Tamsin’s house was perfect for our 2 families. It was ideally situated for South Fistral beach which we were lucky enough to spend a number of days on and close enough to walk into town. The hot tub was great which we struggled to get the kids out of 😂. The open plan nature of the living space was great for socialising of an evening and the garden was lovely to sit in when the weather was good. The number of bathrooms was a big plus especially after a day on the beach. Tamsin was very responsive whenever we had questions. Would definitely recommend.

The studio is beautifully presented and very extremely clean. Toiletries and linens are lovely and Elizabeth goes above and beyond in providing extra ‘incidental’ items that are so useful - spare toothbrushes, spectacle wipes etc. For wet days there is a large selection of reading and games material. We had everything we needed but I also felt that Elizabeth would respond immediately if there were any issues whatsoever.

Great location overlooking the sea and St Michael's Mount but minutes walk From the station, restaurant and bars. Penzance has lots to offer and we easily got about by train or walking.

We had a great long weekend in this charming cottage literally 2 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The cottage oozes history and we found this very charming. The hosts were fantastic with quick responses to questions, let us check in early and very helpful with advice and recommendations. It was the great base for us to have a food and drink weekend in Falmouth. Just what we needed! 2 things for people to consider….if you’re over 6ft then you’ll be walking around with a cricked neck as the ceilings are low but again, we found this part of the cottages character. Also, there isn’t a tv…but this was actually a god send as we sat and chatted instead of doom scrolling on mobiles or iPads or watching rubbish on the telly. Other than that, the place was perfect for us. Well appointed, nice bed linen, hot powerful shower, charming little seating area at the patio door and a parking space to boot! Absolutely loved it.

We had a lovely stay at Jo and Stuart’s place. The apartment was pristine, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was of a very high quality. We met Jo and Stuart as we headed out each day, tending their lovely garden. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was ideally located, close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely recommend staying there.

We had a wonderful week in Monkey Magic. The location was absolutely perfect and the apartment was tastefully furnished, very clean and the view incredible. Fantastic beds too! Our teenage daughter loved her own room with en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we found tea, coffee, milk, a fresh loaf of bread, eggs and butter when we arrived, which was a wonderful surprise. Great communication with the hosts and fantastic descriptions/explaining videos on how to get there, where to park etc. We would like to come back and highly recommend Monkey Magic to other guests!

We loved our EcoEscape at Newquay, Beth & Dan were great hosts! The place was great, perfect for what we needed - so close to the beautiful Fistral beach with lots of places to eat out nearby in Newquay & would recommend Lewinnick Lodge for food/drinks/sunset Would definitely visit again!

One word that can describe Trudie’s and Simon’s place - an ‘oasis’. The place is perfectly positioned just few minutes walk to two stunning beaches, apartment beautifully renovated, beds are super comfortable with great quality linen, fluffy towels, wonderful gardens, fully equipped kitchen. And the view - it is simply breathtaking. But it’s the hosts that made us feel welcome and like at home! Thank you, Simon and Trudy, we hope to come back! I am thorn by posting this review as I almost wish I could keep this find as a secret!:)
