Bed and breakfast in a beautiful location; on the edge of Porthleven a seaside village and five minutes for the coast in the car, or twenty minutes on foot. Tucked in a quiet rural location, surrounded by fields , in a cute hamlet. A pretty double room in a private house in the mid town area. Comfortable King size bed with thick mattress topper, and cotton bedding. Private parking. Easy walk into the old town which is set around the harbour, with access to the beaches. Lovely basket breakfast provided, which you can eat in the bedroom, kitchen or garden, weather permitting. TV , Kettle mini fridge and refreshments in room. Please advise me of any special requirements or requests.

Beautiful detached barn conversion, C.1800. South facing, enjoys the sun through out the day to early evening. Situated in a peaceful location with absolute privacy, its own garden with picnic table. Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. A Room with a View (and a half!)

The Harbour Suite encompasses the top floor of our house, which is on South Quay in Padstow. It is an eaved room with an enormous bed, a separate bathroom with bath and shower, and a small balcony overlooking the harbour, the estuary, the beaches and the golf course at Rock (St Enodoc). Please note that we do not accept dogs in this room, because so many people nowadays have allergies. We do not accept children, either!
