We are thrilled to offer as a new listing our lovely newly refurbished room with en-suite and glorious countryside views. It has a super king size bed (or can be split into two singles) and tea and coffee facilities. A delicious breakfast will be cooked for you each morning, and served in our cozy dining room. Guests have the use of a private lounge with woodburner and TV. We are situated down a quiet road on 4 acres of farmland, near Helston, Porthleven and many attractions on the Lizard.

Lower Tresmorn-Barley Park

A bright room in a medieval Cornish farmhouse within the sound of the sea. It has a large deep set window, super comfortable bed and bags of character. The room is accessed by a half-spiral stone staircase which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The room has a private shower-room along the landing. Peace and tranquillity in a traditional farmhouse B&B on the coast 5 minute's walk from the coast path and stunning sea views. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast included.

Cohort St Ives: Private room in centre of St Ives

This is a small, private room for 1 or 2 people. Additional charges apply for the 2nd person (children count as '1 person'). PLEASE NOTE this room does not have an external facing window. It is however fully ventilated with a window into a corridor. Cohort is situated in the centre of St Ives within a few minutes of all eateries, beaches, galleries & shops. Rooms are uniquely designed with individual USB ports, plug sockets and lights by each bed. All bed linen is inc. (not towels).

This spacious 3-bed apartment pulls out all the stops with boundless sea views, a separate kitchen & living area, two king-size beds and a bunk room. Craft a culinary masterpiece in the open-plan kitchen – complete all chef-worthy utensils for cooking up a feast (complete with dishwasher, of course). And when your food prep is done and dusted, spend the evening sofa side, soaking up the ocean views and sipping something chilled. This space is designed for flex.

Our dinky coastal caravan is all set up for you.

A unique dinky caravan at the back of our house nestled in the dunes. It has an awning with two extra camp bunks in so could Manage a family of four..kids are welcome or just a couple. Will suit outdoor adventure types. The caravan is set in Phillack above Hayle and is just a 15 minute walk to one of the most beautiful surf beaches in the world. We provide bedding, bodyboards and some basics in the fridge. Access to a shower and toilet at the back of the house.

Holifield Hostel - Dorm 3 - 6 Guests

One of our bright and spacious accessible dorms with a shared balcony view. Wifi, reading lights, curtains, power sockets and USB chargepoints, and lockers provided with each bed. Each dorm has a shared sink. Our hostel was built from recycled and reclaimed materials, and is kitted out for people with mobility impairments and wheelchair users. Check our other two dorms for extra availability - hostel sleeps 20 overall.

Smarties Guest House Sennen Cove room 1

Beautifully decorated and newly renovated Smarties offers you a more personable and comfortable stay. Ideally located, we are a short walk from Fistral beach, nightlife, restaurants and shops. Sennen Cove is a lovely light spacious room with a large en-suite With a selection of double, triple and bunk rooms, mostly en-suite i can cater for families & larger groups too.
