Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. Most are not, and are being de-listed by the City for non-compliance. Ask before you book! You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment.
