Apartment vacation rentals in Newport

There is one word to describe Nichole's condo - DELIGHTFUL! We were in Newport for a family wedding with an infant. We loved that we were so close to the venue on the wharf but out of the crowded streets of downtown Newport. Nichole effectively communicated that there was work being done on the balcony well in advance of our arrival and allowed us a very flexible check-in time which was so helpful traveling with a 7 month old baby. Due to inclement weather, workman came the day after our arrival. Nichole immediately communicated this to us and offered to drop off a bottle of wine. It didn't really impact our stay as we were out and about with different wedding activities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Air BnB!

Such a cute, perfect-sized place! We loved staying here for our honeymoon. We didn’t explore much of Providence but traveled to a lot of other near by areas just an hour away— Cape Cod, Boston, Newport, Block Island etc. It made a perfect home base for seeing a ton of cool places. Traffic in and out wasn’t bad either. The place was so bright and clean and comfy.

My friends and I had a blast exploring Providence, and coming back to Aref’s cozy apartment created the perfect ending! I would love to book another stay when we come back to Providence!

We have stayed here many times and it always feels like coming home. Cathleen is very responsive and her parents Judy and Bob go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re planning another extended stay later this summer. Overall a great,clean and comfortable place.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this lovely Airbnb! Laura was great and had many recommendations for fun things to do. The location was perfect for walking to the cliff walk and the downtown area.

Super great location and walkable to just about everywhere. We also loved that she had easy parking right next to the unit. We had hot coffee in the morning and super soft towels in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and what Newport has to offer. Charming and really cute town, we love the outdoors so the Cliff walk was awesome.

The apartment was just right for a short weekend trip to Providence. Check-in was easy and the local suggestions were helpful. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

The apartment is easy to access and instructions are easy to follow. This is a great location, very walkable. The street felt safe and was very quiet. Cori is very responsive and made traveling with an infant and a dog much smoother!

We came in for a graduation so we needed something simple that we could enjoy for downtime but knew we were not going to spend a lot of time there. This met our needs. Our host was kind enough to help with a few simple requests that made our stay easier.

My friends and I had a great 2 night stay here! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The location was ideal as it was quiet, safe, and very close to great restaurants and shops. Rebecca was a great host and I highly recommend this place for your next trip to Newport!

The In-law apartment was lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Sean and Alison were proactive by providing all information ahead of time.

We can't express enough how perfect the Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is for us. Perfect for our needs and Tim & Maureen are the perfect hosts, always a text or phone call away if needed. It was our 2nd stay. The description about the space, etc. is spot on and you won't be disappointed. You will find little surprises upon arrival. One thing I would have loved to have done is spend time in the backyard with a glass of wine listening to the birds. Speaking of the birds, they certainly make the Chalet a better stay! I should mention, those who have trouble with stairs, which lead to the bedroom and bathroom, are narrow and steep...just go slow. I would describe the Chalet as ideal, cozy and comfortable and within walking distance to not all, but most of Newport, it's perfect!! Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is our go to when visiting the area. This place was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotlessly clean everything was — it honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. The space is beautifully designed, full of thoughtful touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The location couldn't have been better — close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Whether we were exploring the area or just relaxing indoors, it was the perfect home base. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A true gem!

2nd time staying at Paul’s place, still great as always! Thank you for the beverages in the fridge and for being a great host. Easy to walk to beach and close to everything Newport. Until next year!

As an AirBnB host myself, I'm very picky about the places I choose to stay when travelling, and I would give Scott's loft 6 stars if I could. A tidy, clean, cozy, secure and well-organized space situated in the heart of historic downtown Providence, it puts the entire city at your fingertips. Its walkable proximity to the convention center, multiple universities, galleries, nightlife and fine dining took our visit to the next level, and the host's communication was reliably prompt and helpful. (Nearby runnning/walking routes are a physically active traveler's dream.) Even after our arriving flights to Rhode Island were cancelled, Scott was patient, understanding and flexible. The unit is highly secure even though the surrounding neighborhood is totally safe; nearby parking is ample and check-in was a breeze. This is a gem of a spot to which I'd absolutely return. Full 5 stars.

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

My stay with Lakisha was great, easy check in, very communicative. She got the place ready for me on short notice, everything as listed. It was a very relaxing and spacious place.

Maxx’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It has everything you need all in one place. You can completely walk into newport and find more to do or walk across the street and watch the sunset. Will definitely recommend Maxx’s place to everyone!

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

shared the air bnb with my 3 best friends, great common areas for a girls weekend, well equipment kitchen and although there is othet units we felt like wr had the property to ourselves.

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.
