Perfect place to either stay in and enjoy the beautiful apartment or walk the beautiful town. Many great cafe’s close by, and beautiful buildings to look at. The Best highlights of the house are the heated bathroom floor and it has the perfect kitchen for cooking in.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place and neighborhood were great. Super quiet and very walkable. Restaurant recommendations were 5 Star. It’s a real New England experience.

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for our group. Loved the full kitchen and living room. Location is walk to town which made it perfect for exploring. The resort has an amazing outdoor jaquizzi and outdoor heated pool was even open in March! We will definitely book again. PS- Gio at the front desk was amazing! Wyndham is lucky to have her.

Great stay!! Walkable to many restaurants and shops in downtown Newport! Hamilton was a fabulous host ~ proactive, friendly and attentive! The room was spacious, clean and quiet at night. The view of the fishing boats and ocean was a great perk! I highly recommend!

We had a problem at check-in which was no fault of Paul’s. I reached out and he immediately got back to me. He straightened everything out and made it right very quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great Newport experience.

My sisters and I enjoyed a fabulous visit to Newport, RI after almost a decade of being away from New England. Coming off season was delightful - fewer crowds, happy merchants and service people, great restaurants and shops still open and available. Our condominium had private, reserved parking (two spots). The building felt safe and secure. The elevator to the top floor unit was very helpful with our luggage and belongings. Each of us enjoyed the pleasure of having our own bedrooms and bathrooms to use. Newport is very walkable. Once the car was parked in the garage, we only had to take it out once to do a scenic drive. Otherwise there was plenty of strolling, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks was a short walk from the condo and opened at 5:30am each morning. I was the sister elected to be the early bird to walk to get coffee for the group. I felt safe and enjoyed the pre-dawn walk in the crisp, cool Fall air. Fabulous vacation, thanks!

Darcy's place is a comfortable condo just a 10 minute walk from the harbour. The place had everything we needed for a short visit to attend the Newport Jazz Festival. Overall a great experience.

This apartment was well situated close to downtown, very clean and pleasant. Neighborhood is pretty and restaurants in the area were great. We used it mostly just as a place to sleep, so it was perfect for us. There is no living room, but kitchen, bathroom, and dining area and 3 bedrooms. It is well equipped with things you may have forgotten like razor, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. I was grateful for the earplugs because the plumbing is surprisingly noisy. Check out is blissfully low effort like a hotel.

Alex is a great host and this place was perfect for a girls weekend with 6 people! It was very clean and the host stocked the apartment with all the necessities which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

This location was great! The wedding we attended was right down by the wharf, so it made our planning much easier by not relying on Ubers or Lyfts!

Me and my friends from college wanted a quick getaway to Newport for the weekend. This was a great location, very walkable to the restaurants and bars. Parking can be tricky in Newport so be aware of the signage.

We came for a lacrosse tournament and decided to do a house/condo rather than a hotel for extra room. It was a great choice for us. The place was clean and quiet. She left us with so many snacks and plenty of kitchen supplies. We have done many rentals on this site and have had to bring or buy oil, salt, pepper, butter, spices. She had everything already there. I forgot my toothbrush and she had them already available. If we do this tournament next year I will definitely request this place again.

I had a wonderful extended stay at Qi’s place! The place was well furnished, clean and in a perfect location with off street parking. Qi was very helpful and communicated well during a snow storm!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is absolutely amazing - walkable to everything (beach, shops, restaurants) but tucked away on a quieter street. The place had high ceilings and was more spacious than we had anticipated. Beautiful newly renovated bathroom. George was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any problems we had! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic time in Newport. The home is located right next to the main wharfs, dining, and shopping areas. Everything is very walkable. We were able to street park for free for a good portion of the time, but there's also a paid public lot right around the corner. The apartment was clean, the outdoor deck/patio is lovely.

We had a nice stay overall. The steps leading up to the apartment weren’t bad, but there were quite a few strong-scented plug-ins in both the hallway and the apartment itself. They were a bit overwhelming for our asthmatic lungs and allergies. We didn’t have any major issues during the stay, but the dryer wasn’t working properly—which we didn’t find out until we tried to do a quick load of the baby’s clothes right before check-out. The host sent someone up when we notified them, but unfortunately, there wasn’t time to get it fixed before we had to leave. Not the end of the world—we found a laundromat on the way home, and it gave us a chance to stretch our legs. A fun surprise was a parade that went right by the house—it was a great bonus and everyone enjoyed it! All in all, despite a couple of hiccups, we would definitely stay here again when visiting family.

This apartment is ideal in every way - extremely clean, excellent location close to great restaurants, and even larger and better than it looks in the pictures. Communication with Mustafa was easy before and during our trip - he responded very quickly to all of our questions! Check in was easy as well. We would definitely stay again when we are back in Providence!

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.
