We loved our stay! Clean, great neighborhood and excellent AC and pool to beat the heatwave! Reina is a wonderful host! We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was great, an easy drive to all the hotspots and a quiet neighborhood vibe.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

Awesome place for kids and families. We had some cooler weather and the heated pool was a godsend!!! Looking forward to coming back next year.

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was amazing! Adrienne was great she responded fast whenever we messaged her. We had a wind storm and she came right out to replace an umbrella that broke. She told us about some local events during our stay. The home was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and easy to find, she even had it all labeled. Everything about this place was just amazing. We will be staying again. Our family all loved it.

Amy's place is spacious, with lots of different spaces to hang out and relax--from the pool to living room, sitting area, basement, game room, and nice outdoor space. The neighborhood was quiet and great for little kids, and Amy made sure to leave little touches for us when we arrived. Biggest downside were the beds, but if you like a softer/plusher mattress then even that would be great.

The Anna Pell house exceeds the description from the host. There were 4 bedrooms upstairs, one of which included a full size crib. It was perfect for kids, and the location could not be beat. They’ve also done recent work to the yard where there’s a patio with new furniture and a perfect place for kids to explore.

We loved our stay at Merrill’s place! It was perfect for my little family and we fell in love with Jamestown and Newport! Thanks again Merrill for being an awesome host and allowing us to stay in your home! Looking forward to our next stay!

Kirsten was very responsive and helpful! She left my boyfriend and I an essentials basket, which was so sweet and kind. I appreciated how easy it was to reach her.

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

The airbnb was perfect for our family of four. John and Shannon stocked it with essentials like water, coffee, and a few nice surprises in the freezer. We enjoyed a day at the beach with their beach chairs and towels. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to return next year.

The space was very clean and minimal, just as described. It’s perfect for anyone who appreciates simplicity and a clutter-free environment. A peaceful and comfortable stay.

We cannot say enough things about this gorgeous rental. Stayed for 2 nights for a mom’s weekend away and it was absolutely perfect. The house is immaculate and brand new. The decor is delightful. Everything was comfortable and very well thoughtful. Phone chargers next to all the beds and couch. Top notch appliances. Plenty of living space. Beautiful fenced in yard with patio furniture and an umbrella. 3 spacious bedrooms and a bonus bunk area. 2 full bathrooms with amazing water pressure. Cozy beds. It felt like home! Jordan was responsive, helpful, kind and went over and above. There was a lovely basket of snacks and goodies to enjoy. The location was perfect. Far enough away from the busy nightlife but close enough to plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. I would highly highly recommend this stay. We can’t wait to go back!

The location was great and close to so much while being on a quiet street. We were extremely comfortable and Stephen was a great host. His communication was clear, timely and always helpful.

We had a great stay! the location is perfect, walking distance to plenty of restaraunts and the beach. We had a quick weekend stay but it had everything we needed. neighbors were nice. house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back!

This place was perfect for a group, as there are two living rooms to hangout in as well as a lovely yard with a grill. Close proximity to all Newport has to offer was also a plus!

This house is worth every penny. The location, the amenities, the extra touch that Rick provides, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, snacks, coffee, everything you could possibly need. And Rick checked in with us just the right amount of times to see if we needed anything. The timer for the Netflix, etc logout was a new feature I've never seen in houses we have rented. Definitely a 5 Star experience. Loved the keypad to open the door and he made ever part of our experience fantastic. Would rent again from Rick ! Thanks, John & Lisa

We had an amazing experience! Love the house, clean and neat, beautiful decorated, peaceful and quiet neighborhood, great location. It is clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel like at home. Marisa was incredible welcoming, responsive and thoughtful throughout our visit and gave us excellent recommendations for things to do and places to go. It’s difficult to succinctly state how wonderful the experience is at the Grange Cottage. Aside from the peaceful and historical cottage, the hosts put it over the edge. Both Stephen and Dean were so friendly and made us feel at home. When you only get away from daily life infrequently, these little getaways mean a lot. Everything you read about the property and these hosts is true. The value is incredible for what you get. It’s a labor of love for these hosts and it shows. I just kind of hope it doesn’t get TOO popular so that I can book it again!

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

Nice clean home with good amenities! Centrally located. Very responsive host. We spent most of our trip in the house and were very happy with it. The outdoor space could use a clean-up (the grill was a bit rusted but we used it with tin foil and the chairs and awning weren’t in great shape). The kitchen was very well-stocked. Everything was clean. Would certainly stay here again.
