Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Newport Beach

Had a lovely 15 night stay. Came from england with my mum and partner to surprise my uncle who lives in huntington beach for his 80th birthday. Lovely area and place. Not a good idea if you dont have a car and want to do 'touristy things' as everything is quite far away. We racked up 1500 miles in 2 weeks! But we would still go back. Maybe not ideal if you are a light sleeper as we were woken by upstairs who were up around 5am every morning. We could hear every foot step. But otherwise the area was quiet. The beach being just a few mins walk away was perfect. Also there is a supermarket just around the corner too. Also if you get the chance, check out the pirate house on 35th street!! (Its on google) its just a short walk away (2 streets) and well worth a look! All in all we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it. Sofas and beds were comfy. Shower was hot. Lots of tv channels and netflix too! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

From check in to check out the host clearly communicated everything we needed to know. The place was stunning! We had plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The place is so comfortable and had everything we needed to just enjoy our stay. We highly recommend the place to anyone else.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet, uniquely decorated and lovely spaces in which to relax. Great location. Hosts were very accommodating and kind.

We celebrated our son's birthday at this location and it was a blast. So close to all the restaurants and bars and a five minute walk to the sand! We love Newport Beach and you cannot beat this location. We will hopefully visit again soon!

We were looking for a place that we could rest and relax for a few days. We were not looking for places to visit or a lot of activities, even though this property is located where you have those things to choose from. This property fit our needs perfectly. Coffee in the morning sitting outside in the beautifully decorated outdoor space, including a peaceful water feature was so nice. The home is beautiful and there wasn’t a single thing we wanted that wasn’t provided. Communications were very timely and they genuinely wanted you to have everything you needed to have a wonderful stay. I can’t imagine anyone not being 100% happy with this property and the host. We would love to return in the future.

Absolutely beautiful! Spacious and cool layout. This house was better than I expected. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking was great too.

We rented as one family of 5 plus a dog, (upper 40s for us, and teens aged 19, 19, and 17). It is a perfect place for one family. I think it would be a little tight to try to sleep two families. We really liked the layout of the house, with the kitchen and living area very roomy and open. It was a very short walk to the beach, and has a hose outside to spray off feet. The unit only has one carport parking spot which was a bit of a surprise to us with two vehicles- the ad simply states “on premise parking” (which is true). My son initially parked his car a couple streets away, then was able to move it directly in front of the house when someone was leaving their street parking space. The kitchen is modern, and has plenty of the necessities. It is a little thinly stocked if you plan to do much cooking. Also the grill is functional, but tiny and does not get very hot. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. All in all, the house was exactly what we hoped. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, although we ended up ubering to Disneyland because it wasn’t quite as walkable as we had hoped. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We did get cold at night and there wasn’t enough extra blankets, but maybe they were stored somewhere else that we couldn’t locate. It was really clean and perfect for our Disneyland trip! We were too busy to use the pool but it was a short walk from the unit.

Penelope’s home was exactly what we hoped for - clean, easily accessible, close to shopping and activities, plenty of parking space and comfortable. We never needed to reach out for assistance as everything was listed clearly and comprehensively both in the listing and in the house manual. I could not recommend this home and Penelope as a host more - I hope to return in the future!

Such a cute place ! The private patio area was really nice. It was also great having a garage to park in. Long Beach is infamous for parking so having a guaranteed spot is such a plus. There's also so many great places to eat near by. I highly recommend Jesse's place if you are going to Long Beach.

We loved our stay at Casita Clemente! Barbara provided us with many snacks and recommendations for our short time, and the Airbnb was well stocked with everything we needed (including coffee). Her instructions are detailed and clear as well. As an added bonus, the beach and pier truly are a 5 minute walk away! Just a note that those who have allergies to dust should bring your own fans for sleeping at night! We had planned to use the many fans Barbara provided but couldn’t because they were a bit dusty. But if that’s not a problem for you, you should be good!

Very clean, cute decor, comfortable and spacious (for our family of 5people), has a lot of ample amenities even for kids! Clubhouse, pool & jacuzzi access. Securities at the gate were friendly and the Neighbors mostly seem don't mind having Air BnB guests in a gated community. Walking to Waldorf hotel took about 10m, beach about 20m. But the restaurants and stores were in short driving distance. We really enjoyed this spot. Thank you!

Enjoyed 3 nights here! The moment you walk in, there’s a nice view of the beach! Enough towels were provided for our stay (both beach and bath). Location is excellent! There are two separate showers with great water pressure. Comes with a dedicated parking spot in the garage and there is also a bigger paid parking lot close by. Unit comes with air conditioning as well. Highly recommend you stay here!

I loved staying at Ollie's place more than I can express. It is a breath of fresh air, so beautiful, and so lovely. The breakfast was such a fantastic and delicious added touch and the pictures--as beautiful as they are--don't do it justice. The beach is also very sparsely occupied so you can really have a lot of room to yourself out there. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

The place was lovely. It was very central and walkable to the beach and the pier. It had a LOT of amentities and it was spacious The hosts were very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay there and plan to visit again!

House was as expected. The host was extremely accommodating for our big group. Checkin was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was that WiFi didn’t work well in downstairs master. Other than that, this house was everything we needed and more. Irene was fantastic! I wish all hosts were like her.

First and foremost, the hosts were so sweet, accommodating, and helpful! The property is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The pool house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Relaxing in the jacuzzi at night was the perfect way to end our days. Yan was always quick to respond and helpful when needed. The pool house is an older building but the hosts have kept it up well and we had an amazing stay. Absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we’re in the area.

We were celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday. Girls trip. The place was amazing! So very beautiful. The furnishings,like the dining table and table in the living room also the headboards in both bedrooms were spectacular! The views were awesome from every room. Our local contact person was Ana and she was very helpful during our stay, especially the night we locked ourselves out on the patio!! She rushed right over and was very nice to us , when she could’ve been irritated with our interruption of her evening. But she greeted us with a beautiful smile and kindness. The location is great, we liked being the short distance from the main shopping and restaurants. It was just a short golf cart ride to get there, but far enough away to feel relaxing and peaceful at the day’s end. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Im so glad I found it

We loved this house! The host went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and she was very communicative and accommodating. The house itself was very clean, well organized, spacious and quiet. We had enough space (inside and out) for all of us to feel comfortable. One of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in!

Mark was a wonderful host. He was easy to contact and replied very quickly. The house was beautiful and well equipped. The property was only a .50 mile from our granddaughter’s home. The heated pool was great entertainment for our great grandkids and they loved staying over and sleeping in the bunk beds. We are looking forward to returning.
