Great stay, everything clean, plenty of room for 8 ladies getting ready, cooking and socialising. Only one small hitch for us was that the garden is very shaded with lots of tall trees which is great for privacy but did mean it was quite cold in as was shaded from the sun and the fire pit wasn’t working. Owner was very helpful and quick in responding that maybe previous guest had left the gas open and it had ran out and did say they would pop round and replace it but it was Sunday evening and we wouldn’t have been using it for long anyway would have just been nice to have dinner in the garden on the last night.

Bit of a run down area but actual house is good once inside . If driving very handy for beach,shops,restaurants etc Overall it was a great stay and everything in hose worked well.

Great location, around the corner from the Metro. Exceeded expectation as haven't used air BnB before. Hosts were helpful. A lovely place, highly recomend!

We had a lovely time at Murton Farm. There were loads of games for the kids to play in the garden and they enjoyed exploring the huge house. Bedrooms were nice and big. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to spread out, but equally the living spaces were big enough with enough seating for everyone to gather at once and socialise. The hot-tub was a welcome treat after days out with the kids!

Lovely stay, we had fantastic time at Hayloft, place was immaculate clean and very well equipped, hot tub was a bonus, we felt very welcomed. If you are looking for nice views, privacy and relax that’s place! Thank You for having us!!!❤️❤️❤️

Lovely homely place to stay! Decor lovely Bigger than expected Adrianne was lovely when we messaged to ask about missing hairdryer and immediately offered hers to borrow Was very kind of her Only downside was it was next door to co-op shop so was a little noisy with deliveries it didn’t ruin stay. Also wasn’t as close to beach as we had expected given the beachfront location mentioned Really nice place overall and host was lovely! Thank you

Fantastic host! We stayed a month and had everything we needed. Appreciated having a washer and dryer! The home was very quiet. Perfectly located near the old town, university and cathedral. Steeped in history. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting Durham!

Nic and Julie’s place was very homely, very tidy and everything, the kitchen, the bedrooms, was of a high quality. Julie was a very friendly and responsive host, who went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us out with anything we needed. Would’ve given 6 stars if I could have.

wat can I say it's home from ome beautiful apartment with that little extra touch spotlessly clean everything u need for a few days away it's the little things that go along way and this home as it will definitely com back and stay ere again short walk to beach and shops and pubs perfect breakaway can't fault adrianne makes u feel welcome and anything ur not sure just ask she replies quickly 😊

This place really took us by surprise. We drove 5.5 hours each way, just to visit and our biggest regret was not booking longer! Worth every bit of the money and drive. The place was private and peaceful. Very safe and secure and very quiet so you can really enjoy yourself. Really feels like you have the whole place and surrounding areas to yourself! Utensils and appliances wise you could see Jane has real care and attention to detail, everything you could need or think of was provided. And that too of high quality not just your budget items. The bbq was a proper bbq which was a joy to use. The hot tub come with lighting and jets. Even the pots and pans were tefal! A lot of time and money has gone into it all. Garden was well lit also for those late evenings. Was lovely to meet Ben also. So much more to say but we won’t ruin all the delightful surprises! Very happy with the stay and we will be back for sure. Thank you! And see you next time.

Wonderful stay in a great, secluded location. Outstanding host who responded to our every needed. Spotless interior and great outdoor space which was loved by our young family. We especially appreciated the complimentary essentials and treats in the kitchen, and small but significant touches around the home such as fresh flowers.

Lovely little stay amongst the trees. Felt nice to get a little off grid and back to nature. The lodge was well equipped with everything we needed, Sarah our host was fab with communication and helped us with extra wood etc when needed. We saw lots of lovely bird life and my partner lucked out seeing three deer in the woods by our place!

From the moment we arrived on the grounds this spot is so relaxing. The glamping pods are really well thought out and are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with different utensils and the pod itself self was brilliantly clean. We stayed in the pod Squirrel 🐿️ and we will definitely be returning customers. Hot tub was amazing and this was checked every day throughout our stay. Pod was lovely and warm, the scenery was fantastic and it was a perfect getaway, thank you.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Deer lodge. The hot tub was lush, private and easy to work! Gillian met us as soon as we got out the car and she was so warm and friendly, extra bonus points because she had a border collie like ours! Her husband Ray was so extremely helpful. The lodge itself was in a lovely setting, seeing all the wild life and the lodge was pristine, had all the necessary amenities! We literally could not fault the place! We look forward to returning! :-D

Amazing place to stay, 100% worth visiting ! Pods were unreal and me and partner had so much fun , this trip was apart of his birthday present and the hosts decorated our room which I thought was a lovely special touch as I didn’t request , thankyou so much !
