We had a great stay at Amy’s location. Absolutely loved the style of the flat, and everything was clean and in great condition. The location was great for us, we walked into the centre a few times and used Uber to get home, which cost around £5. Amy offered great recommendations. We loved the fireplace and made us feel right at home. We also made use of the games that were left. It was such a kind touch of the hosts to leave us some treats too, which were very much appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay, and would love to come back. Thank you so much, and Happy New Year 😊

The flat was in the most amazing location for us, so walkable to the Quay and all the restaurants! The use of the lift was perfect for us and the space was what we needed! Ayesha was gracious to offer an early check in and so responsive!

Beautiful modern flat, clean and tidy, everything we needed. Stunning views. Really comfortable beds, lovely clean linen. Ideal with parking on site. Great base for exploring. Would definitely stay again. Communal areas were clean too. Thank you

Lovely and calm apartment, very clean and well stocked, and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay while we were in the area to attend a wedding. The record player and nice selection of classical LPs was a great touch! Check in was super easy and with a personal touch, we picked up the keys from Fiona in their cycle shop downstairs, she was lovely! Easy parking close to the flat and short walking distance to the Market Square and Auckland Project museums. Really nice experience overall!

Tee was a great host, extremely responsive lots of nice touches everywhere within which just completed it, vending machine is an absolute win! Everything completely pristine and clean, literally couldn't find a fault if i tried!

Aleena was very helpful and accommodating as I changed the check in time twice. Place was very clean and easy to find. Worth the money I paid.

We’ve been to the area a few times and from now on will always check if Katie’s place is available. So beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, cosy and in an outstanding location with free parking! Right by Cullercoats Bay, and near great places for breakfast, coffee, food later in the day or drinks later in the evening. We had the best time. Katie’s communication was very proactive. She gave us great recommendations, and made us feel very at home.

This a beautiful flat in a lovely area and is great value for money. The flat was spotlessly clean with a much appreciated welcome pack not to mention lots of teas and coffee pods too. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Lots of glorious coastline to walk right from the front door. I definitely want to come back for longer next time!

Lovely apartment, quiet, so cozy and had everything you need for a short stay. As a solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable. So close to the Metro with links to Newcastle City Centre and on to the airport. So handy, no need for a car. Welcome pack was a lovely touch😊

Stayed at Gemma’s flat whilst visiting our sone at University. An absolutely lovely apartment in a great location. Exactly as described, immaculately clean, very comfortable beds and with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in Newcastle.

Well equipped and very comfortable flat in a quiet area close to Jesmond Dene. The kitchen was well equipped and the provision of tea , coffee etc was really generous. We had a very comfortable stay.

Jean is an amazing host and definitely goes above and beyond for what she does and provides in her accommodation. You just literally need to turn up with your clothes as everything you need is supplied within the apartment. From shaving accessories to biscuits and cakes. The accommodation is set in a lovely area of Sunderland very beautiful and peaceful we didn’t hear any road noise or any noise from the neighbours it was great. I can recommend the Rosedene pub it’s about a 10min walk there is also bar at the local cricket club which is open to the public was lucky enough to catch the ending of a game during our stay. We will definitely be back to see Jean very soon we didn’t want to leave.

Melanie's place was amazing - we were blown away when we walked in. The bedrooms are a good size, and the living room had amazing views of the sea - shame the sun only behaved on our last day!! This apt is right in the centre of everything, but equally, you don't really hear any noise from the outside once you're in and have closed the doors, it's a great bit of escapism. Melanie was really responsive to any questions we had. Also - make sure you visit the Lamp Room for breakfast and take advantage of the 50% off - breakfast was amazing, everyone enjoyed what they had, and the staff were lovely. We will be back xx

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location! Nigel is an amazing host and takes great pride in his property. There is a small store just steps away and a nice pub that is a five minute walk. Easy drive into Durham City Center and all of the surrounding attractions. Do not hesitate to book this property, you will enjoy your stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Mandy’s place. It was a short walk to restaurants/pubs/the coast. There was also a little convenience store less than five minutes from the flat (Spar). If we return to South Shields, we will definitely try to book here again.

Lovely apartment, perfectly situated on the marina within walking distance of the bars and restaurants. Clean, fully equipped. And the host made everything so easy!

We had a lovely stay at Jacqui’s place just before Easter. It really is a lovely apartment well kitted out and she’s thought of all the little things that makes staying away from home easy and relaxing! Lovely property with a great basement tv room that the kids loved! Great courtyard out the back too. Very comfortable and super quiet and a great location for us when visiting family and walking distance to the coast. We drove into tynemouth as too far to walk with small children but parking was absolutely fine and super cheap!!! Lovely apartment that I would definitely recommend!! Thanks so much!! 😊
