Condo vacation rentals in New Smyrna Beach

Beautiful place, beach is beautiful, easy to get to. The pools are clean. Beds slept good! Everything was very clean. Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again ❤️

We were so comfortable and at home here! The views were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the shower was also great. We did not try out the pool as we were on the beach the whole time but it looked nice. We were thankful for the chairs and the cooler to borrow!

Everything was pretty much as described. Very well stocked. Felt like “our place”. When time permits I’m sure we will be back! The pool and beach access is perfect. The parking passes are on the counter area. The wrist bands for the beach and pool are inside and extras are in a drawer in the kitchen area. (We were dumb - looking all over 😆)

clean, inviting, comfortable, right on beautiful beach. clean linens, bathroom. Kitchen stocked with coffee, etc. everything labeled and easy to find. Host very nice and accommodated our requests very fast. Loved our stay!

I don’t want to write this review because I want to be able to return all the time! Katherine was a WONDERFUL host! The condo is in a perfect location, walkable to the beach and several restaurants and shops. She has thought of everything, down to providing just about anything you can think that you might forget to pack. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Kathy and I enjoyed our stay in New Smyrna Beach. The condo met our needs perfectly and is in a great location. We went to the races at Daytona, spent a day in St. Augustine, and went to the Kennedy Space Center. We enjoyed So Napa Grille, Chases, and JB's Fish Camp which were all local to the area. Lori helped us find a restaurant to help celebrate my birthday. Lori was responsive to any questions that we had and provided reminders of what to do and when we needed to do it. We enjoyed walking on the beach. The condo had everything we needed for kitchen appliances and was well stocked. We felt welcome and that Lori truly cared about our stay and that we had a great time enjoying the condo, the area, and the surroundings. Everything was convenient and enjoyable. Thank you Lori, for being an awesome host!

Had a great stay at Craig’s place. The property was outstanding, the location was great, and Craig was an exceptional host. We really enjoyed our stay having great access to the beach, gorgeous views, and a central location to great restaurants and activities. Everything was as described, the property was full of amenities, and the entire process from check in to check out was easy giving us more time to enjoy our vacation. If you are looking for a nice place to stay on a no-drive beach but yet close to lots of things to do, look no further. We can’t wait to return to Craig’s place.

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

5 Stars This was our second stay at this fantastic New Smyrna Beach condo, and it was just as great—if not better—than the first time! As a family of four, we found everything we needed to feel right at home. The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials for a stress-free getaway. We missed out on booking last year due to how popular it’s become, which says a lot about the quality of the stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon—highly recommended!

We loved the place. It was ideally located, beautiful, and very well-managed. The property decor was perfect and comfortable. We felt right at home. The place made it a peaceful and perfect vacation.

We had an overall fantastic stay at this condominium. It was an excellent location. Nearby activities include the beach, pool, and miniature golf. Two restaurants worth considering are the Treehouse and the Boston Fish House. The condominium is super close to the beach either by walking or to the entrance to pay to drive your vehicle on the beach. The pools were nice. The gym worked out great for my family. I visited my elderly parents and needed a place to stay nearby with my family and pets. They permitted me to bring my dogs, which allowed them to join in visiting my parents and participating in the activities we had planned for the week. Thank you for the use of your condominium. **Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Stay!** This Airbnb condo was everything we hoped for and more! The morning sunrise view was breathtaking—waking up to the golden hues over the ocean was pure magic. The host thoughtfully provided beach chairs and towels, which we used every morning to enjoy the Most Famous Beach. The location, amenities, and overall experience were top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We had a lovely two weeks in this condo! It was easy to find, check in to, and park. The condo and views look just like the photos. The building is older, but the condo was clean and bright and had plenty of room for four adults. The view of the ocean and beach is amazing and the pool is really nice. The unit has a great kitchen, nice showers, a full size washer and dryer, and a big table. The check out procedure was super easy! We would definitely go back and recommend this place.

I have stayed in New Smyrna beach every year for four years now and this is the best place Ive stayed at. The place is nice and comfortable and this is the first place Ive stayed at with everything I needed to cook. The beach access is quick and easy, the pool is heated and the courtyard area has everything you need to hangout. couldn be happier with this place!

This Airbnb is very quiet and relaxing! The space is super clean, well decorated, and the views are stunning! We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Matt was beyond helpful, highly recommend!

This was an amazing stay, looked just like the pictures, easy beach access, always could find parking, it was worth the money and Kathleen was awesome! She was super helpful and a quick responder to all my questions. 10/10 would book again!

This condo is as beautiful and clean as the pictures! So spacious for our family of 5, and includes all the household necessities that makes it easy to travel with a family. Zac was an incredibly responsive host which made our stay that much easier and hassle-free. This is a friendly and peaceful complex in a great location. There were always tables and chairs available at the pool, and the garage is stacked with all the beach gear you could want. We will definitely be back to this condo as it has everything we need.

This is our 3rd year staying at Rome’s condo and we will return next spring as well. The condo is perfect for families as it’s so easy to get to the pool and beach from the ground floor - trust me, this is clutch with little kids. Condo itself is wonderful but you also have easy access to local restaurants, shopping, grocery store, food delivery, etc. we can’t wait to return next year again.

Kimberly's condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean! Not one insect in the condo, not even an ant. Kimberly was very attentive and made sure we got in ok...we had an after midnight check in. The complex, where the condo is located, has two nice clean pools and they were never crowded. They also have a private place to sit s and watch the ocean waves. The location was perfect! It is just a 5 min or less walk to Flagler Ave. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and bats within walking distance. The ⛱️ actually connects to the property which is a huge plus. We felt at home at Kimberly's condo. Can't say enough good things about it. We will be staying again!
