Unit #102 is under new ownership with new fresh decor & a calm cool color palette for an updated & relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook a full meal while enjoying the crystal clear ocean view. The master bedroom has a new king size bed & the guest bedroom has been updated with 2 queen beds. You will LOVE this condo!

The kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops and the entire condo has modern decor with all of the comforts of home with a premium view. Come relax on this private balcony overlooking the pool areas and the beach. You can watch from your balcony Dolphin swim every morning as they look for breakfast. Disney is only a 70 minute drive or maybe catch a race at the Daytona Speedway.

Oceanfront condo on the 4th floor with breathtaking ocean views!! This cozy condo is the perfect alternative to hotel vacationing in New Smyrna Bch. Conveniently located to Flagler Avenue. The common area has 2 swimming pools (one is heated), BBQ grills, private beach entry. The California king bed is super comfy!! Our kitchen cabinets are completely stocked with everything you need. There are 3 elevators on the property.
