Kayla’s place is perfect for business or visiting the area close to go in any direction. It’s clean and has the feeling of being at home with a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a new washer and dryer. Kayla is responsive do anytime you reach out. I would definitely recommend her place

Quiet place with excellent internet for working at home. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good shower pressure. Great neighborhood for walking and safe to be in. Brought our two dogs. Only drawback is I felt we were either restricting her dogs being outside by being there with our own dogs. Would stay again but maybe without our pets.

We visit Delaware City every year, but don’t usually stay right in town. It was great to have a spot so close to the family we visit this year! We traveled with our 3 kids(ages 6, 4, 2) and the space met our needs. The master bedroom is downstairs, attached to the only bathroom. The bed was comfortable, although softer than we prefer. The 2 other bedrooms are upstairs - These beds were much firmer. We loved that the house had a fenced backyard for the kids to run around in. The kitchen had a Keurig machine and a nice selection of k-cups. We used the Roku TV without any difficulty. Each room had an AC unit that worked well. Mu only complaint would be that the lighting was low in some rooms, though the weather was cloudy during our stay so it would have been better with some sunshine through the windows.

The location and amenitires of this Air B&B were wonderful. We loved the on-site parking, the spaciousness of the place, and the washer and dryer. We had everything that we could want. The only problem is the noise from the street. It starts very early in the morning so wear ear plugs at night or plan to rise early.

We had a good stay overall while visiting for an electrical engineering graduation at the University of Delaware. The place was clean, comfortable, and served our needs during the trip. The only downside was the lack of central AC — the mini split were helpful but a little bit confusing, Other than that, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the hospitality! Thank you. We stayed this past weekend and were very happy with our stay. The house was clean, many amenities, the host gave detailed instructions. The check-in and out process was very easy. We were able to request a later checkout which was so helpful for our travel plans. The home was very cozy and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

One of the best shower heads I have ever had the pleasure to use. Took a ton of will power to not stay in the shower the whole stay. It appears that Ruthie and her family live in the house when guests are not staying. That did not bother me and my guest, but something to note. Really close to a Casino if that is what you are looking for. Less than a 5 min walk.

Great place to stay. Pet friendly, indoor pool, rooms are spacious.

Omg ..my family and I didn't want to leave..it was so beautiful and comfortable.. the host were very nice and helpful and made sure that we were comfy.. my daughter loved the pool and and patio was great for chilling in the morning. We will definitely be going back again..loved everything about it

Very peaceful location. Only thing I didn’t like wasn’t had to pay to wash. But other than that Stephanie was very friendly and communicated on time.

clean, great a/c, wonderful water pressure and hot water. comfortable couch and the mattress felt new. lots of space for luggage. felt safe and secure in the family oriented neighborhood. easy access to Philly for sightseeing. would definitely stay again

My husband and I stayed at Huck and Buck farm with our dog King! It was quite an experience and very educational. Although tiny, the home was big enough for us and the bed was very comfortable. The outside seating area and hot tub were an added plus! Andrea and Michael are very personable and ensure you get a full experience of being on a farm as well as being a farmer! You cannot help but appreciate them and the work they put into it. In addition to our stay, we got a tour of the farm which included the vegetable and flower gardens. We also met all the animals and got to feed the goats. Andrea and Michael are open to any and all questions and provide you with a wealth of information. If you are interested in glamping on a working farm, this is the place for you!

My wife and I stayed with Michael to attend a wedding at Bellevue Hall. The house was perfect, as it was only a 5 mins drive from the venue and had plenty of food options nearby. Michael was incredibly responsive and was flexible with a specific need we had to make the location work. The expectations were all clear and logistics were smooth from early communication to check-out. Neighborhood was comfortable as well. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay for an event at Bellevue or just need a quiet place to relax.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, modern, and overall very cozy—perfect for my trip. It was conveniently located near everything I needed, which made getting around super easy. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, quickly addressing a couple of minor issues during check-in. I really appreciated the attentiveness and care. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect amount of space for me and my two dogs with a little yard and a great neighborhood to walk them in. It was a perfect location and I felt very safe. I It was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and close access to Wilmington and South PA. Would definately stay again when I come back.

This place fit our needs perfectly. It was within my budget and still was perfect. The hosts were very responsive and there were clear instructions. So much better than getting a hotel room to attend family events.
