Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in New Castle County

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

the place is in a very convenient location, was very comfortable, quiet, and safe. stephanie was quick to respond to questions and needs. overall the stay was perfect!

David was an incredible host during my stay in Wilmington - he was proactively communicative, as well as supportive / flexible to shifts in our travel plans. This apartment quickly felt like home during my extended stay - it's fully furnished with everything we needed, a short walk to the office downtown, and right across the street from a lovely park. I'd highly recommend staying short-term or long-term at any of David's Airbnbs.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jeff made our stay very pleasant with his quick responses and easy to follow instructions. There are so many food options and there is A LOT to do within a very short walking distance. Whenever my family and I come back to Deleware, we will definitely be staying here again!

We loved how cozy the place was and the area it's located in. The jazz bar that sits two doors down of the place has amazing food and music. I was already talking with my girlfriend about making another trip of it in the future and hopefully using this AirBnB as a central spot to explore. I highly recommend this if you plan on traveling to this area.

We stayed here for one month. It was comfortable and clean. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, directly across the street from a park that has a great, paved walking trail.

This cottage is a lovely place to stay, had everything we needed and the coffee bar was wonderful :) The location is absolutely beautiful and very quiet. Stores, restaurants and Longwood Gardens are within short driving distance. We highly recommend Nicki's cottage.

Recently traveled to Wilmington for a family party. Tim was very responsive to all of my questions including check in, local area, proximity to my event, and parking. The house is very well appointed and the area is very walkable. Will definitely stay here again.

Dijanas place was perfect, we were in town for a funeral and she was very accommodating. check-in was simple, the neighbors even stopped by and said hello. She even let us know we could check in slightly early if we needed it. The home was well stocked as pictured had a perfectly fenced backyard for our furry friends and close to breakfast places coffee at the hospital if you needed it. would highly recommend staying here and would stay again.

Alicia is a an absolutely wonderful host! When I needed a last minute change of location and over a holiday she was extremely helpful in accommodating me last minute and made what could have been a horrible trip into a wonderful visit with family. I can’t say enough good things. House was clean, comfortable and very quiet and easy to commute into town. Would definitely recommend!

Had a last-minute important family gathering, and VERY fortunately we found this listing. The price was great, the communication was amazing, and the house exceeded expectations. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for housing in Wilmington, DE. Great communication with the owner at any time. The house had an older charm to it, but all the decor and furnishing were modern. Beds were very comfortable, and the water was a good pressure and reached a hot temperature. The location was great with nice parks near by for the whole family. Also close to highways and could even reach Philadelphia quickly. If you're in the area and looking for a no hassle great stay, this is your place!

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. I was traveling alone and I felt very safe. Great restaurants just across the streets. Everything was communicated before check-in; so I had no reason to contact host. Relaxing 4 days

The apartment was perfect, quiet and peaceful with plenty of space to do my work and also relax. A great neighborhood with plenty of walkable restaurants and an Acme grocery store.

Marc place was a little piece of paradise looking over a wide vista of trees and distant beautiful architecture ….. street parking was no problem and it was close to everywhere it seemed! It was quiet and secluded and cosy warm ☺️

Cherrys place was beautiful. It felt just like we were at home and is definitely somewhere we would visit again . Thank you for such a great experience . Happy holidays !

Pratt's place was great and looked just like the pictures. Very clean and confortable and felt just like home. Fresh flowers left on the dining table made us feel welcome. It was a nice touch. Supermarket and plenty of eateries near by and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The neighbors were extremely friendly and we would definitely visit again!
