Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in New Castle County

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Susan and Emily were fantastic hosts. Excellent response time, and provided great information and recommendations. Our pup loved the fenced yard and all of the hiking and walking areas nearby. We highly recommend the cottage, especially for those with furry friends, and look forward to returning sometime.

The house was just lovely and comfortable. We were able to spread out to sleep, then gather in the living room and dining room to catch up and plan. We were in town for a family event so didn't get a chance to explore but the area seemed very nice and the locals were impressed with the location. Common areas were on the ground floor, three bedrooms on second (we had problems regulating the temp at night there) and then a single/twin bed on the top floor. It is an old house but clearly lovingly renovated so that it didn't feel old and creaky, except for the front doorknob coming off. I would stay there again and have recommended it to the Wilmington locals for their guests. All of the hosts were friendly, quick to answer questions, and work with our schedules. Thanks to you all!

Alicia is a an absolutely wonderful host! When I needed a last minute change of location and over a holiday she was extremely helpful in accommodating me last minute and made what could have been a horrible trip into a wonderful visit with family. I can’t say enough good things. House was clean, comfortable and very quiet and easy to commute into town. Would definitely recommend!

Meghan’s place was great. Close to the gardens we were visiting. Her place was incredibly charming, well decorated and had lots of amenities. I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was close to family and friends in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated A'Lexa's help in covering the dates we needed, and although it ended up that only the two of us stayed the majority of the time, knowing that we had a relaxing place to stay really helped! Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

the place was just as described and the photos show it all. it's in a building that's on a busy corner but the traffic wasn't a bother while we were there. it was a quiet pleasant stay and we will stay again when we're in the area for sure! Stayed at this Airbnb and was thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The apartment was both clean and comfortable, meeting all my expectations. The host was commendable for their easygoing communication and supportive attitude, making the stay hassle-free.

Dwayne’s cafe is the absolute best place to hang out, meet locals, and see art and hear music. Charming B&B is roomy and homey… a great place in the center of town but quiet and private.

Elegantly decorated and well stocked with cute little touches, in a quiet safe neighborhood, convenient hassle-less street parking. -30 mins to Longwood Gardens, friendly and super-responsive hosts.

The apartment was perfect, quiet and peaceful with plenty of space to do my work and also relax. A great neighborhood with plenty of walkable restaurants and an Acme grocery store.

My friends and I decided to have a UD reunion in Newark and this Airbnb was the perfect spot for us! Very walkable to all of our favorite spots on Main Street. The apartment itself was very clean and pretty.
