Vacation rentals with a patio in New Castle County

The place was great, very clean and in a very peaceful location. Lots of sights nearby and good restaurants close by also. Host was very flexible with check in and answered all my questions in a very reasonable time. 10/10 would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the week well stocked kitchen having pretty much anything you needed for pots and pans for cooking and alot of spices to which helped us save money instead of going to restaurants the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured and the beds where comfortable to our tastes at least I know everyone's different on that one but we slept like babies on them. And there are several corner stores well within walking range of the apartment. I honestly can't think of a single complaint about this one.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at David and Martin's home. We took the third floor room and found it as described, immaculate and spotless. Amenities and towels are available to use in the bathroom. David and Martin were wonderful hosts with great knowledge of the Wilmington area. 10/10, it would be a treat to stay with them again.

This is my second time staying here, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We always have a great time. Everything is always clean and tidy. Thank you for having us again.

Kat was a wonderful host! She met me at her house at the agreed-upon check-in time and was quite cordial, patient, and helpful. As a first-time Airbnb costumer, these qualities were much appreciated. She showed me all the relevant aspects and amenities and quickly addressed all my questions and concerns. Her Airbnb was the perfect space and location for my visit, and I would gladly return.

Absulety cozy and comfortable. If I need to travel for work again in Delaware, I most definitely will rent the place again if available.

We stayed here for one month. It was comfortable and clean. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, directly across the street from a park that has a great, paved walking trail.

A wonderful Airbnb! Beautifully decorated & maintained with a classy antique meets modern aesthetic. Clean, comfy, great temperature regulation, amazing beds! Room for all of us too be in the house and have space as needed. Lovely hosts. Neighborhood felt super safe, plenty to do and yummy places to eat nearby and within a 30 min drive. We could not have asked for anything better for our stay. Would have stayed longer if we could have extended our trip! Thank you!

Had a great experience at Ray’s! From the minute we walked in, the house smelled SO CLEAN. The living couch was so comfortable. Every room had a TV. I really appreciated how the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The bedrooms looked recently vacuumed and I loved having the extra space in the basement. We definitely would recommend this place to our friends. Thank you for hosting, Ray!

Alicia is a an absolutely wonderful host! When I needed a last minute change of location and over a holiday she was extremely helpful in accommodating me last minute and made what could have been a horrible trip into a wonderful visit with family. I can’t say enough good things. House was clean, comfortable and very quiet and easy to commute into town. Would definitely recommend!

Bernita’s place was exactly what we needed! Good location- we were in town for a graduation. Spacious, clean, and comfortable- we felt right at home. We would definitely book again when visiting the area.

Our stay in the Charming Cape was a pleasant one. It was a clean, comfortable home that you could relax in and have family time. We enjoyed eating outside in the huge backyard at the patio table as a family. Everything we needed was provided for us as the house was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. We chose this house due to its close proximity to Philadelphia for history and for Delaware beaches. There were restaurants and stores nearby, so we didn't have to drive too far for anything.

Erica’s place is like being at home. The host are so kind & respectful. I loved the stocked kitchen , the cozy fire place , and the local recommendations that Erica added in the guest manual. I’m in love with the place as a whole , it’s very convenient & any questions I had Erica responded quickly ! 10/10 !

Excellent location. Really convenient with super strong WiFi. Such a cool neighborhood and for that reason parking can be a little tough at night. Just plan for that.

Cherrys place was beautiful. It felt just like we were at home and is definitely somewhere we would visit again . Thank you for such a great experience . Happy holidays !
