This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way". On days we are open enjoy a $15/day credit to our cafe next door. Please enjoy your stay! We are so sorry but no pets allowed.

Good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and UD families. Friendly hosts, but you'll have the whole floor to yourself and won't see us! Separate entrance to a finished lower level suite w/ King bedroom, wet bar & fridge, and additional common area beds if more than 2 people. Use the back yard and patio, too!

The Hobbit House at The University of Delaware

The 1000 square foot lower level of our 1929 home features two living room areas, a bedroom with lots of natural light, a full bath, a breakfast room (no kitchen), and a private patio. You'll park in our driveway and use your own private entrance. Although the suite is mostly below-grade, there is a lot of natural daylight from all the windows and sliding glass door. We're 3 blocks from UD campus. Lorena habla espanol.
