Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Located 10 min from the train station on foot , 6 min from the nurse's school and IFE on foot, also a 6-min drive from the hospital. Nearby restaurants and shops. Smart TV (Molotov), WiFi, free parking in front of the accommodation, barbecue with kindling available. You have independent access, and total autonomy. Ideal for couples or single people.

Large renovated farmhouse with heated pool

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

Cottage in the countryside (GITE)

For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

The Logis des Remparts

Nestled in the very heart of the Piton de Sancerre, this cottage will allow you to discover or rediscover the Sancerrois. This charming little house can accommodate up to 2 people and has all the necessary comforts. Cooked equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle. Upstairs the bedroom has a double bed 140x200 with bed linen provided. Shower room with WC and towels provided.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Cool house, with lots of photos, holiday home, large rooms, gas central heating, south-facing sheltered terrace, large electric opening garage, large wooded garden and feuri, shared bathroom with me. Fridge and kitchen available for dining. Rentable for 2 nights minimum, weekly or monthly. Out of the house Monday morning to Friday evening unless guests check in and out.
