We are delighted with our stay. The environment is exceptional: beautiful, quiet and very pleasant. The house is ideal for a moment with family or friends, functional, warm and tastefully decorated. We received a very good welcome and enjoyed a superb visit to the mill. It is possible to buy specialties on site (oil produced at the mill, pasta, spreads...), which we obviously took advantage of. We'll be back with pleasure in this idyllic place.

A very pretty and pleasant accommodation with downtown Guerigny within walking distance with all the necessary shops. Thanks to Emilie for her responsiveness in her feedback and also for her flexibility on check-in and check-out times. I would recommend it 100%.

Lovely clean, well equipped space. Or children liked the games and toys (especially the dinosaurs). The enclosed garden was very useful with our dog. Thank you!

Perfect stay (1 night), clean, fairly well-equipped, just one downside on the bedding which could be improved (better quality bed frame and mattress, pillows too). Perfect for communication, Vincent is responsive and pleasant.

very nice house and outdoor ideal for our 5 small children. very large wooded area with a swimming pool, ping pong table, gantry...We had a great stay for adults and children.

We had a great weekend with friends in Mhers. Hervé and Colette's cottage is extremely well equipped, comfortable and above all located in an incomparable setting. Hervé and Colette were very available and welcoming, the flexible arrival made it possible to adapt to everyone's constraints while staying in regular contact. We will be happy to come back!

Despite some guidelines, in particular relating to the noise detector or other camera that can at first be a little scary, everything went very well the house is true to the description and extremely well equipped and comfortable. I recommend it.

Charming Tiny house located in the beautiful wooded park of Mimont Castle. Idyllic place to recharge your batteries as a family in the middle of nature and in the company of adorable pets. We shared pleasant moments with the owners and their young son who must be a source of inspiration for many young people. I would like to congratulate them on the exceptional work they have done and the quality of their hospitality. We would definitely do it again!

Beautiful wooded and peaceful property... cozy and warm interior, extremely clean. ... comfortable bedding, welcoming and available hosts...A little more,we can come with our dog🐶, which I emphasize, become difficult for this accommodation for the holidays....Most hosts no longer accepting our four-legged friends..I highly recommend this place for nature lovers,for my part I treasure this address,because I will be back soon..... We had a wonderful stay with friends in this beautiful home! The space is perfect for hosting large groups, with spacious rooms and charm that makes the place even warmer. The kitchen is very well equipped, ideal for group meals, and the rooms are comfortable. Vikki was very welcoming and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental and hope to be back!

As a company, we place the well-being of our employees at the heart of our concerns. Communication is fluid and efficient, with clear and easy-to-understand instructions. In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The interior of the cottage is modern, with new furniture that adds to the comfort. The value for money is quite satisfactory. The cottage has largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time with friends. We've been doing this at Easter for several years. Unanimously, this was the most popular cottage of all. It is very well located, quiet, surrounded by greenery, spacious and comfortable. Renovated in a modern way while keeping the character of the origin of the Berry farmhouse. Great value for money. Finally, I highly recommend this cottage especially for fans of old combi, many subtle references are made to it. I have two, and I was delighted. Many thanks Julie and Laurent. Clean and fully equipped, the accommodation is atypical and large where everything is new. Self check-in and checkout thanks to clear explanations from Pauline. We stayed there for a few days with pleasure. A car is a must. A little disappointed to read in the welcome booklet that a bottle of Pouilly was waiting for us in the refrigerator, unfortunately there was none. 😣 We recommend Pauline's place.

The accommodation is perfectly as advertised, nothing is missing to have a great stay in the best conditions. Everything is designed for comfort and relaxation. A big thank you to Soline for her flexibility and responsiveness when we arrived. We recommend this place without a second thought!

Small rustic cottage in the countryside 15/20 minutes from Sancerre, ideally located to explore Sancerrois and its surroundings. Guaranteed calm! Wake up and go to bed to the sound of birds, happiness! 🥰 The house is small but nice and quite original with its mezzanines (Be careful though, the stairs are quite steep and open). The garden is absolutely delightful. The cottage is rather well-equipped and we enjoyed the owner's small gourmet touches. As mentioned, wifi is not accessible in the cottage. Ideal for disconnecting! Small downsides about our stay: • an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (rising pipes?) • very little pressure in the shower. A hassle to rinse your hair. That didn't stop us from having a pleasant stay.

A truly amazing place. Lovely decorated and right on a hill looking over the Burgundy landscape. Would wholeheartedly reccomend. Leopoldine is great and very helpful. We had a wonderful time.
