We had a lovely stay at this house with garden. The house is very clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location near Sancerre is perfect, close to major sights, which made getting around very easy. The garden is a haven of peace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. The house is equipped with everything you need: a well-stocked kitchen, quality bedding, and even small touches like coffee and tea or a bottle of wine. Very nicely renovated and comfortable, Frédéric's place is perfectly located for a few days of a good holiday by walking or cycling by the water! Frédéric rents bikes (electric or not) in good condition. He is responsive and his welcome is very nice. We highly recommend!

Small downsides: No doors on two of the bedrooms (curtains), different quality of bedding depending on the room, fairly busy roadside, but nothing that interfered with our good weekend spent in this house! ☺️

A peaceful stay with a very soothing unobstructed view! The gite is very comfortable for two to three families. We went there with two big dogs and everything was perfect. Enclosed and spacious garden. The kids gave it to joy both outside and inside! Beautiful walks from the cottage to make loops of about 5km.

A nice meeting with Monique and a very nice stay in her old house. Comfortable, well-equipped, spacious and very quiet, with great views of the garden and the surrounding countryside. Monique was there to welcome us and show us around the house. Everything went smoothly. This is a beautiful place with a soul, where we would love to come back and spend a few quiet days another time.
