We (finally) finished renovating this small farm in 2023. It has a new bathroom with floor heating and a shower with a view you'll never forget. The new kitchen has everything you need to make a wonderful meal, plus all the modern stuff. There are two work desks, fiber internet and a patio to stare at the sunrise.

Our house is located in a village deep in central France. It is furnished with an authentic décor. The area is peaceful with undulating hills onto the vineyards of Sancerre. The Loire offers canoeing and cycling. The city of Bourges and its stunning Gothic cathedral is only 40 kms away. You can visit various chateaux close by and enjoy the light show at St Fargeau. A 2-hour train ride goes into Paris. Our central location makes it an ideal stopover for travellers. The owner is close to assist.

You can enjoy all the outdoors and existing amenities that you will be surprised to discover upon arrival. For safety reasons (water points nearby…) children are not allowed.
