Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Johannishof. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und lässt keine Wünsche mehr offen! Wir waren im Januar da und haben die Sauna, den Kamin und die urige Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen und die Lage ist trotzdem schön ruhig. Es war wirklich toll und wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Daniels Vater hat sich sehr zuvorkommend gekümmert, auch um die Kinder. Er hat im Garten spontan einen kleinen Spielplatz aufgebaut mit Rutsche, Schaukel, Wippe, Bobby-Car, Roller, Dreirad. Das war sehr nett! Der Garten ist eingezäunt und eignet sich auch für Kleinkinder gut zum Spielen. Kein unnötiger Schnickschnack, sie können sich frei bewegen. Im gepflasterten Hof und auf der Straße (Sackgasse) können sich Kinder ebenfalls gefahrlos aufhalten.

Schöne Unterkunft, ideal für 8 Personen im Haupthaus, bis zu 4 könnten in „echten“ Betten in den anderen Räumlichkeiten gut unterkommen. Wir haben viel Zeit in dem großen Wohn- und Essbereich oben verbracht, außerdem hat uns die Holzofen-Sauna sehr gut gefallen. Als Gruppe auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen :)

Our stay was very comfortable and perfectly located near the Imperial Castle and many shopping and site seeing options. The studio apartment with the kitchenette was the perfect size for us, and everything was clean and well-organized. I especially loved the high-ceiling and number of windows in the main room. This gave the apartment a spacious and bright feel throughout the day. Overall a very lovely place and perfectly located!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Ebermannstadt. Ist gut mit den Öffentlichen zu erreichen und man kann schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist zum selber kochen auch prima ausgestattet. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr exklusiv und besonders eingerichtet, das Bett war der Hit …. sonst benötige ich immer 2 Nächte zum Eingewöhnen, hier bin ich nach jeder Nacht super erholt aufgewacht! Der Ort ist in der Adventszeit sehr geschmackvoll beleuchtet und der Bäcker hat mir die Fortbildungstage versüßt! Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Nia‘s Wohnung!

Die Wohnung war super modern und schön. Mit Liebe eingerichtet und gestaltet. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Bamberg und auch Nürnberg sind gut aus dem Ort erreichbar, um etwas zu unternehmen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und hätten gerne noch weitere Tage in der Wohnung verbracht 😄, um zu genießen.

Wohnung super und sauber, Garten war bei trockenem Wetter noch besser: die Kids konnten ebenerdig raus und toll spielen, sehr schöne Terrasse! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin und eine echt gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die Kids bekamen sogar noch einen Bett-Rausfall-Schutz dazu.

Der Aufenthalt bei Eleonora war alles, was wir uns für unsere Gruppe von 13 Personen gewünscht haben und mehr!Beide Wohnungen waren modern, gut ausgestattet, sauber und geräumig. Wir haben alle hervorragend geschlafen und uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse ist ein toller Bonus. Dankbar waren wir auch über die Klimaanlage. Zahlreiche kostenfreie Parkplätze vor der Tür sowie die Nähe zur Straßenbahn waren ideal für unsere Gruppe, mit unterschiedlichen Herkunftsorten. Der Kontakt zu Eleonora war hervorragend: sie war immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Eleonora und Glückwunsch zu einer tollen Unterkunft.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, und uns wurde noch einiges zur Unterkunft erklärt. Zum Beispiel kann man dort Honig, Marmelade und andere Köstlichkeiten aus der Region für einen fairen Preis erwerben. 🐝✨ Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und die Unterkunft hat uns ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. 🤗 Wir würden uns immer wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden! Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per una settimana in questo bellissimo appartamento. Si trova accanto ad una strada principale dove passano abbastanza macchine negli orari di punta; ma quando sei dentro alla casa le macchine non si sentono, questo grazie ad una ottima insonorizzazione. Dentro la casa è molto bella, molto luminosa e con elementi di design e luci calde, una camera con un letto e un armadio grande. Un ampio bagno e una doccia comoda. Una sala ampia con cucina e piano cottura largo ad induzione molto comodo. Il terrazzo è ampio, dove c’è la possibilità di fare la colazione pranzo e cena. Un parcheggio privato, all’aperto ti permette di lasciare la macchina. La zona è bella e tranquilla, puoi fare tranquillamente passeggiate nel piccolo paese. dista 15 minuti da Bamberg. A 3 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento c’è un rifornimento di carburante, e un ALDI dove poter fare la spesa. Come esperienza è stata ottima, e sono certo che tornerò.

Die Ferienwohnung "Wonka" im Untergeschoss des Hauses ist sehr schön! Das Haus liegt am Waldrand und ist damit sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt alles was man benötigt. Wasserkocher,Kaffeemaschine Toaster etc. Bei Bedarf sogar eine Waschmaschine. Alles war Blitzsauber für uns hergerichtet. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto liegen gleich ums Eck ein schöner Bauernhof und der Playmobil Fun Park. Auch in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Wir hatten hier mit unserer Tochter wunderschöne Tage und haben uns nach langen Ausflügen immer auf die schöne Wohnung gefreut. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Gastfreundschaft, sowohl aus der Ferne, als auch vor Ort. Das Häuschen ist sauber unf gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Der voll umzäunte große Naturgarten ist für Hunde ein Traum und durch die Ortsrandlage zu Feld und Weiher auch für reaktive Hunde bzw. schwierige Kandidaten mega. Very good location, and the apartment was cosy and clean. We like all the things that the host provided like the bike workshop, earplugs, shampoo and conditioner, extra towels, all the stuffs you need for cooking and also welcome beer 🍺. The bed is very comfortable and we like how quite the apartment is at night, a great view from the city wall and the heating system functions well.

A very nice place, feeling like home. Hannelore and her husband have been extremely nice, friendly, helpful at any time for anything. The house is cozy, perfectly clean and with everything you could need. The surroundings are peaceful and walkable if you want to be immersed in nature.

Merci beaucoup pour votre chaleureux accueil. Votre logement est parfait, il ne manque rien, la literie est bonne et vous avez su rénover avec goût. Beaucoup d espace. Idéal pour voir les biches, lièvres et chevreuils à côté de la maison. À 10 minutes de rothenburg et villages médiévaux. Endroit parfait pour visiter la route romantique. Linges de lit, serviettes, machine à laver, sèche linge, sauna, velos... Et une famille très sympathique, beaucoup de gentillesse, discrète et attentionnée, une adresse vraiment à retenir et à partager. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d une dizaine de jours.
