Oasis on the Hochsträß

Sit back and relax - in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The view through the garden into the fields is immediately grounding. The small, newly furnished first floor apartment with terrace is a place of retreat and inspiration at the Hochsträß in Ulm. The University Hospital and the lecture halls of the University of Ulm can be reached by car in 10 minutes and by bus in 45 minutes with or without transfer. Restaurants are on site and the city center (5 km) can also be reached by e-bike.

Fantastic apartment with 66 m² in the middle of Neu-Ulm on the Danube for rent. The apartment is fully furnished and can be occupied by 4 people. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2 m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be pulled out into a 2 m x 1 m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is freely accessible to all guests!

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.
